This is our first visit to the Golden City of Light over Africa: San Dalphaan-An-EEA as we are guided by Lord Adama (with a special introduction) and Lord and Lady of Arcturus to the Temple of Illumination with a special activation for our physical bodies along with receiving an Arcturian Guardian to work with each person individually.

As we are spinning upwards, we now meet each other in the Etheric level and we find ourselves moving towards the continent of Africa. We are going to move into the center of the Golden City of San Dalphaan-An-EEA.
Now, the city is quite different from the continent in ways of completeness. You will find that there won’t be the different areas as you might expect. It is one large city. This large city is going to be circled with all the beautiful essences of the Goddess of the Sea so you will see a beautiful Blue luminosity as we come down into the land. We can also hear the dolphins and the whales. They will be very much a part of this city as it represents the ability to communicate with the Arcturian and the Pleiadian energies. That frequency is so much a part of their history.
We go into the middle of the city. A lot of the city has not been constructed as yet. What we want to do is try and bring forth the continent of Africa in a more wholesome environment and allow those frequencies to come into Oneness by fully working within the energetics of the city. The Arcturians and the Pleiadians are working very hard and indulgently to do so.
As we come into the city, you will see that the Temple of Illumination is right near us and it illuminates an electrifying field of the Blue-Violet Light that emanates from the Temple and goes outwards toward the oceans. It creates this beam of Light of Grid Energies to go from the Temple to the outside of the continent of the land masses. This is creating the land masses to be very Pristine and in a higher level of frequency.
Now, we walk around the Temple. There are many areas. You will see animals grazing. Since Africa houses many animals upon its continent, this is a city of transition for a lot of the animals. Animals that will be in this Golden City will be adaptable to the 5th Dimensional Level of Love and Joy, as there are not any aggressions within this city. Of course, any of the cities do not have aggressions, but the animals will not feel the fear. They will not feel any anger from any Humans or Inner Planetary Beings.
So as you are walking around, you are going to see many different types of landscape, lots of hills, greenery, fields, beautiful flowers ~ wildflowers. But around the temple, it is perfectly landscaped with many different colors of flowers and greenery and the grass grows so perfectly within this city. The Temple is surrounded by a small body of water. This water represents the fluidness and is also a cleansing place. The body of water is about twenty feet in width, but it goes all the way around the Temple so there are little bridges that are areas of ground that you walk across to go into the Temple. So it is part of the Earth energy greenery.
We walk across. We all may share and go around different areas. We may not be walking across the same bridge. We move towards the Temple. What this represents is many different avenues to come to the same place. The Blue-Violet Ray that is emanating from the Temple which almost looks like it is electrical. It is a natural field of frequency.
As you walk towards the Temple, you start to feel this frequency within your Third Eye. What this is going to assist you with is to fully allow this essence of the Blue-Violet to activate within your own Being. The Blue represents the Healing color of the Will of God of the First Ray, and the Violet, of course, represents the Transmutation. In the aspect of God, you are fully accessing those parts of yourself by utilizing these frequencies within your Third Eye.
Feel that essence occurring.
The Temple is a circular formation, so there are steps from the Earth bridges all around the circumference of the building. The steps are marble ~ purest white color ~ and there are pots of flowers everywhere. You may even see some lions and tigers, all kinds of African animals that have transitioned here, that are full of Love.
As we walk up the steps, we are then greeted by the Guardians of Arcturus. The Guardians of Arcturus over light their essence around the city. Now, the city has many temples. This Temple which is not quite fully erected reflects the Illumination. This is a Temple where specific individuals will be coming through that have gone through other processes in which they are ready to receive their Illuminated qualities within themselves for acceptance.
The Pleiadians have a separate Temple but they also use this Temple.
I AM now going to step aside and join in with the group consciousness right now as are many other Telosians. So I want everyone just to take a deep breath and to feel these essences and the illuminating quality of this Temple.
As we walk up the Temple steps, we meet Lord and Lady Arcturus.

We are honored. We are deeply honored to have you visit this city for us to work with you in a more personal basis. It is our Divine pleasure to be able to have this service. We have been awaiting this time when individuals would be coming into this city so we can fully reflect unto each of you.
You will see around the top level of the Temple there are illuminating panes of frequency ~ almost look like windows, almost look like mirrors. It is of a special frequency.
I want each of you to step up to a pane around the Temple, and we want you to look within that window, within that mirror. We will call it a mirror but it is not a reflective mirror as you know. It is a frequency of Light that is going to help you look within that area and see yourself in this moment. We want you to do this before and after. Just take a moment and feel that frequency.

It is spinning within you and around you. Feel that essence that you are in this moment. Please follow us. As we walk through a golden doorway, we walk into this illuminating room that is of the Blue-Violet Light. There are other rooms around the outside, but we are going to take you right to the core where the altar is located.
You will see Blue-Violet flowers everywhere ~ tall, short, very emanating. It is very representative of our Planet. Within the middle is a huge altar representing a waterfall. It is not so much a waterfall but a fountain going upwards and then going around the top edge and then coming back down. The illuminating energy that you saw outside is around this altar area, so the water flows over the top of the illuminating panels and comes down into a pool that circles around. Let us take a moment and just step around the outside in a clockwise direction as we bring in some frequency for you.

Take a deep breath and now find a seat on the outside of the Temple. There are many seats. You will see that there are also marble pillars between different areas of the seats. Choose a place that you feel comfortable and feel this frequency of Light fully illuminating towards you.
We now take some of the buds of the flowers and we put them into the water around the base it turns the water into a Blue-Violet color. I want you now to feel this within your Third Eye as it’s going to blend within that frequency to help you feel the deepness of your essence. The first thing we want to do for you with this is to feel this illuminating Blue-Violet color coming around each of your bodies, as it’s now going to fully create a detox within your system. This is a very mild detox. It is not an extreme detox that you would feel in your physical world. We just want you to breathe in the Blue-Violet. Just continue to do that, as we are going to speak for a little bit.
We speak in Oneness of the Lord and Lady Arcturus.
You will notice all the Guardians milling around with you finding seats with you. We want each of you to feel at home with our energies. Many of you ~ many, many of you ~ are very Arcturian yourself, are very connected to us, as you know. We want more of a personal experience. Within this personal experience, we know you are very curious about us coming to the Earth. We do and we are, but in this moment in this Etheric City it is a place for each of us to come together in Oneness.
We may be Arcturian and you may be human, but there is no difference between us. You will see a Guardian handing you a goblet of the water. The goblet is for you to sip in a Blue-Violet essence. Feel this Blue-Violet essence first go through every aspect of your physical body.
We want you to think about any ailments, any illnesses you may have had, any parts of yourself that are uncomfortable with the challenges and the activations you are going through. Whether it is in your bodily structure, whether it is something in your organs, whether it is something you have been bothered by for a very long time. We want this to bring it all into wholeness.
So let’s take a moment and sip this beautiful Blue-Violet water within our entire being and allow it to go to those parts of yourself that need full healing for you to receive your higher essences that the body is trying to accept. So we ask for your acceptance in this moment.

Now, feel the depth of your illumination, feel the essence within you transpiring. This is a beginning initiation for the physical body. You may feel a tingling sensation in the physical body that you are intending to work with to heal. Now, you will feel that there is a wind tunnel fully activating within the entire structure of this room. Some of you have worked with the Prana Wind Clearing Device. Well, this is a frequency of Light, as the Prana Wind Clearing Device is coming down from the top of the Temple almost like a fan and this fan is just blending and purifying your Etheric Body.
Now, we are going to go into the Etheric Body, and we are going to remove any aspects of yourself that are not fully aligned with your purpose in this moment. Allow yourself to feel this frequency within you. Allow yourself to fully embody all that you are and can be in this area.

Now, breathe in deeply.
We are now going to move into the Emotional body. Feel the essence of your being now changing through these frequencies that we have brought through so far. Feel the essence of the Prana Wind Clearing Device at the top. Start to now integrate with the energies of the Water and bring forth the essence of Air and change. We now bring to you these essences of the Wind and the essence of whom you are to fully bring in the parts of yourself that need assistance.
We now see in the middle of the altar that there is a fountain in the altar. Now, the fountain is going to flow on the outside of the transparent panels of illumination so the water is no longer flowing upwards. Now, there is a Flame of Light in the Blue-Violet. The Flame of Light is coming from the base and it’s going up to the top. As this flame comes from the base up to the top, we want you to feel this frequency within your Emotional Body. Think about any ailments of emotion that you have dealt with in the past, have dealt with now ~ would like to remove to allow yourself to be in the full integration of your full body system.
So the Blue-Violet Flame is now being ignited. Feel the essence of this Flame.
As you look at the panels in front of you, you become the Flame. So the Blue-Violet Flame is at your Earth Star and it’s going upwards through your entire system, but it’s moving out into your Emotional Body, and the deepness of the Flame is this cooling essence that makes you feel the essence of Love deeply in your entire structure.
Feel that occurring through you now.
As the flame is now up around you and burning any dross or ailments of debris of your Emotional Body that you need to remove from this lifetime, other timelines, future timelines to bring in the full balance that you are. Feel this essence now.

You are the Flame now. Feel the essence of your Flame now. Feel the beauty of the Love.
Breathe in deeply.
We now move to fully surrender the Mental Mind because at this point the mental part of you must flow through the rest of you because there is such an expression beyond the capacity of your physical existence than you’ve ever received to allow these essences of completeness ~ Love. This is how you can fully master your Divine pathway within your physical existence ~ by allowing these essences to fully come within you.
Now, the altar is in front of you. The Flame is now you. You are the Flame. Feel the essence of the Blue-Violet within you. You have taken sips of the Blue-Violet essence to fully go within your physical body. Your Etheric body has been cleared.
Now, there’s a merging ~ a merging that is going to occur for you and the merging of the Mental Mind.
So we ask each of you to visualize yourself taking the palms of your hands across your brainwaves and allow your hands to be the healing hands that have been infiltrated with this amazing Blue-Violet Light. You can draw and transform anything that you choose with this Blue-Violet Light because you have the Will of God within you. You have the ability to transmute and these two colors together fully activating these essences.
Let us take a deep breath.
As you do that, you almost feel as if you are meld minding your mind with the rest of you, allowing this process to just come within you.

Now, feel the essence of your Mental Mind just blending within your Emotional body. Allow that to blend into your Heart as the body is healing deeply right now. Please know that this healing will not always be instantaneous, but working through this exercise will truly assist you in having that integrated full-body system that you are looking for.
Now, allow us, the Arcturians, to feel the fluidness. Allow us to feel your Divine Essence more fully within your being than you ever have.
Let us stand up. As you stand up, you are going to move towards the altar in the base where the water is running. You are going to touch your fingertips. As you touch the fingertips, you are going to put the fingertips on your Crown, your Third Eye and onto your lips. Allow the Water Essences to blend fully within you and then touch it to your Throat and your Heart, your Solar Plexus, your Sacral, and then move it down into your legs, to your feet.
The feet will regenerate the Root area so these essences will all flow within you, as we utilize the elements of the Water, and the Fire, and the Air to remove the debris.
Let us all take a deep breath.
We have one more phase of our journey. We are going to exit the Temple together. We walk out in pairs. A Guardian is with you. This Guardian will work with you. It may be male or female. We have very much the same aspects that you do in your human bodies. We are very tall.
Feel the Love and the Joy that is coming from this Being that has been chosen to work with you. We walk down the steps of the Temple. As we walk down the steps of the Temple, we are going to turn and go to one of the panels that are on the outside ~ with your Guardian.
As we do so, I want each of you to kneel. As you kneel, the essence of the Temple base is actually made out of rock, and granite and crystalline structure. So you are now connecting with the Earth energies to bring that within the completeness that you are. This helps you to balance all these aspects, these elements that you have brought within your body, your mind, your spirit ~ through the physicality, through the etheric, through the emotional, and the mental.
Look in front of you. Now, stand up and feel the mirror image that you see within the panel. I want you to reflect with your Guardian. You should see many similarities of your essence in this moment.
We are now going to allow this to blend fully, as your Guardian is now going to assist. He or she has a laser wand. They are going to help you to seal up what we have just created. He or she will go from the top of your Crown all the way to your feet. It is going to seal up your Earth Star to your Soul Star so that the work that you have just done will be fully within you and it does not leave you. So the process that you are going through may change in another few days depending on what you are experiencing; so let us blend this together now.

It is our pleasure to connect with you personally, and it is a pleasure to see each of you awakened unto leadership roles, unto pathways for the new Earth. We hope that you will return and bring forth these simple activations unto yourself and share with others of how deep this work has been for you.
You have aspired to be here in this moment, and we have aspired to do the same.

Let us gather. We bid our farewells to Lord and Lady of Arcturus. Some of your Guardians may be coming with you. Some of them may stay there for a while and join you later ~ whatever is your choosing.
As we walk across the little Earth Bridge, we feel the earth underneath out feet, underneath our toes. We turn around and look at the Temple; see the Blessing of this amazing Temple of Light, as this city is going to assist so many individuals, humanity,the animal kingdom and all kingdoms to come together because this is what it truly represents: all life forms being in Oneness while they are in their physical existence.
Let us gather together as our Merkabah vehicle is now going to spin off of this beautiful city of San Dalphaan-An-EEA. We’re going to fly through hemisphere of the Etheric Earth as everyone now splits into their personal Merkabahs.
Bring yourself back into your present location. Take a deep breath and ground that energy within you. This is an enormous healing that has occurred to not only assist you with the Mental Mind of Surrender, but also doing the healing that is necessary.
So please do return to the city. Bring forth these energies unto yourself on a deeper level because this is just a beginning communication with the Arcturians. It is very personal and open to each of us.
