Golden City of San Dalphaan-An-EEA ~ Decree & Background Information

Decree ~ City of Illumination

I now travel to the Golden City of San Dalphaan-AN-EEA

Which is in the Etheric Earth over Africa;

This city is massive in proportion and size extending beyond what my eyes can envision,

It is surrounded by massive bodies of water,

I feel the hues of the Blue Violet Ray expanding within me as I walk upon the lands,

Animals are grazing in their pure essence,

There is beauty everywhere I turn;

The history of the lands have been restored within this Golden City,

I feel the knowledge of this era fully embodying my soul.

 

Not only is there planetary essence but the beauty of the Arcturian heritage,

I see a beautiful temple in the hues of the Blue Violet,

Which is centered within the entire city,

The essence of the Blue Violet is deepest within the Temple of Illumination,

Then filters outward into the outlining areas of this massive city.

 

I now face the Temple with its magnificent frequencies of many lights,

I feel the energies running through my Third Eye,

Accessing the points within me to access my full potential;

I see Lord & Lady Arcturus beckoning me towards them as they stand in front of the temple,

The Guardians of Arcturus surround the entire structure as it illuminates the essence of Divine Blessings,

I feel their essence fully helping me to ground their energies within me,

As the frequencies within my body are now changing into the crystalline structure;

I surrender to the entire experience and feel their divine love pouring through me.

The illumination I feel is my own as it is being mirrored back to me from them.

I am excited to walk with the Arcturians on this amazing journey of Divine Completion.

The Golden Etheric City of San Dalphaan-An-EEA residing in the 5th dimensional Earth over Africa represents a city of complete balance. It is considered the City of Illumination as it is where all aspects within our Being start to come into fruition.

As individuals travel to this city, they will learn what they are illuminating in the light and what is within the dark. We need to fully embrace our Divine Right to fully accept the integration of both the lower and higher energies within us. As we do so, the higher frequency will merge with the lower frequency to create the connection of our Divine Purpose and manifesting these elements within all aspects of our existence. In the previous city we learned how to utilize the Violet Pink Ray in dematerializing and materializing elements within our essences to create a more extensive picture of our reality. This city is an extension of Maupro-Lian-T-ian-Tiah as now we move deeper in our total truth.

San Dalphaan-An-EEA extends above the entire continent of Africa which is very massive in itself. This area needs deep cleansing in some areas and other areas are very highly attuned to the city’s frequency. Africa is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, both the Suez Canal and the Red Sea along the Sinai Peninsula to the northeast, the Indian Ocean to the east and southeast, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. This represents the energy of the Goddess of the Sea along with Mother Earth’s heritage and focus upon the history in Africa. It also represents the detoxing that needs to be done in order to fully create all aspects in Divine Order. The land is covered with jungles, beaches, and extensive wildlife that fully needs to cocreate with the rest of the world. So there is a focus within all of these areas to create the ability to fully surrender and in doing so, full mastery occurs on all levels.

There are many temples that are being erected within this city. Temple of Illumination is in the middle of the city will bring forth the essences of the entire composition creating the ability to fully master all aspects of our Divinity.

The overlighting Beings for this city are Lady & Lord Arcturus, the Arcturian Guardians, and the Pleidian Council of Light.

The city is represented by the 14th Ray of Mastering the Divine Plan allowing the Mental Mind to Surrender.

Colors: Deep-Blue Violet focusing within the 3rd Eye Chakra

The Arcturians are a very advanced and God-pure civilization. They are headed by the Lord and Lady of Arcturus. They have transcended fear and the illusion of separation and have dedicated their life and consciousness to service. Part of their service work includes Planet Earth and helping the human race to evolve. A lot of the advanced technologies that we find on Earth are inspired by the Arcturians. But they are also engaged in helping to raise the collective consciousness of humanity as a whole, i.e. Dr. Joshua David Stone.

The Arcturians are masters of intensive healing and are able to assist us as humanity to removed debris, implants, regenerate the bodily functions, and bring the physical into pure wholeness. Their role along with the Guardians are the supreme beings overlighting the energies in this Golden City. Individuals can come to the city to fully create well balance and internalization of the spiritual body merging with the physical to create the Light Body.

They are working very diligently present to assist individuals to come into complete integration of all elements and it is in Divine Order that they assist in this Golden City as many parts of Africa will be able to come into wholeness. They work to assist individuals to create the Divine Plan by mastering their physical bodies through Auric cleansing and clearing. Working with them in this city is truly going to be a great gift to each of us.
The city is overlighted with Lord & Lady Arcturus but they work in full cooperation with the Guardians of Arcturus to assist each individual coming into this city. It is a very powerful city that they guard very deeply as it represents their culture and experience of living.
