Greetings,

This is Lord Adama speaking. It is very, very good to be here with each of you in this moment.  Thank you for joining us in 2012.  We hope that more do desire to be with us because the frequency of Light between us is increasing; it is increasing greatly.

In this new year we are going to be seeing some new elements coming into the calls, new elements of the Telosian Council.  They want to oversee these calls, because there is more activation occurring for anyone that chooses to visit us in Telos for training  physically.  There is also more movement in working with us astrally than ever has been before, and your going to be seeing a lot of different types of energies coming forward through the Dearest one here.  I express all this unto you through her without her prior knowledge of what I was going to say.  I just wanted to reiterrate that; that each of us are working together.

We are a Circle of Light and within this Circle of Light each of us is assisting each other through the process of our journey.  We are assisting you in this timeframe to train you to remove the elements that have kept you in the 3rd Dimensional world of bondage and to move into the 5th Dimensional world of physicality.  This is not an easy task but you have all of us here right now assisting you.

Since what I am trying to convey to you as we are all here to assist you and you are assisting us, some of you may not understand how that works.  We are going to try to help you to incorporate that within your Beingness because we need you just as much as you need us.  We need to increase these frequencies upon the Earth to create these elements so that it is the New Earth when it  moves into that 5th Dimensional state of Beingness as Gaia is doing so presently.  Everything that you are  incorporating is assisting the Earth to do so.  We bring forth to you this knowledges of the Golden Cities to assist you in accelerating yourself but also assisting you to share with others through energetics, through vibrations through your way of beingness, it’s going to be a fabulous year for each of us because we are becoming closer and closer than we have ever before.  I wanted to express my deepest desire to do so because we are a team.  It is not you it – is not us, it’s not anyone else, but it’s all of us coming together in Oneness which is so perfect for this call that we do on a weekly basis and were very, very happy to do so.

So please remember that as we travel to these upper cities that it more of an energetics and understanding what each of the Rays mean, because on a higher level it is not necessary to have the why’s  and that is just important to incorporate the energetics of what we are integrating.  We are very excited that this meeting is out of the United States out of the North American continent and moving into another space of New Zealand which is a very beautiful space.  It is well deserving of these frequencies this evening.

I impart to you right now to take a deep breath and to fully allow yourself to come into your own Beingness and what is it within you that you may need to address.  If you cannot bring it to the surface, we are going to help with the energetics to do so.  Do you understand what may be stopping you from allowing the attractions to the Body of Light?  Remember this is the first stage of that, we have gone through all the other stages it does not have mean that you are quite there yet, but this evening is just going to assist you to get closer.  This is very important for you to understand, that it is a process and sometimes within that process there can be times when you fall back a little bit and within those times of stepping backwards there are a great reflection that occur.  It is not something to look down upon yourself as it is part of the pathway.

We, in the Inner Cities, also have our own inner challenges; you may think that we do not because we do live in a Love-Consciousness society, which truly is the best of the world.  This is what each of you inspire to have within yourself but until your ready to fully actualize it and receive it into your own Being, within your own self preservation, within your own essence of your physical body, you cannot perceive it happening in your lifestyle and your environment.  It is a process of continuation that occurs for each of us; each of you are on a beautiful pathway unto these knowledges; each of you have chosen to be here at this time.  We are so eternally grateful for you being on the Upper Earth. Each of you are going to start to remember those aspects within yourself that will assist you in this process.

It can happen momentarily, it can happen so deeply that you do not know that you had an understanding of it until it occurs for you and comes through to you and, then you are within it and this is the beauty of this year.  This year is going to catapult frequencies of light unto everyone; within these frequencies of Light, you will be able to accelerate yourself by just walking through the process.  At times you may not even understand the process that you are going through.  And then all of a sudden a Light comes on for you, you start to feel a reflection, you start to feel a remembrance.  I say to you again you must start to live in the moment because without living in the moment and surrendering to all the outside circumstances, you will not be able to actualize the frequencies that are trying to come through to you from your I AM Presence and your Higher Self.

So it is an exciting time at this journey we are on with each other.  Let us take a deep breath.  I feel the Essence that you are as we now all come together to create  our group Merkabah and as we walk arm in arm our meridians all match within each other to create one large Body of Light.  We are going to move through the Etheric level of Earth.  We are going to picture ourselves going towards New Zealand and as we center ourselves across the land mass, the city will encompass the entire area.  it is pretty amazing and a very large area.

What we want to do is just allow you to feel the Essence.  Remember this is just the Etheric level of what is going to transpire in the New Earth Energies.  So take a deep breath and we feel ourselves coming down onto the land masses of the Etheric level of the New Earth.  The landscape is beautiful, amazing pristine, and of course, it is surrounded by a bodies of water, and within the land masses there are mountains, there are fields of flowers, animals grazing, there are hilly areas and there are pristine waters.  Allow us to go into the middle of New Zealand so we are not outlined by the oceans or the sea but you will see beyond you the landscape of the mountains.  You will see a beautiful, beautiful mountain that is known as Mount Cook.

We are on the other side of Mount Cook and I want you to feel the pristine energies.  Much of what New Zealand is going through right now will be transformed into this City of Light and to this beautiful Golden city.  I want you to feel the essences as the wind blows across the land and you feel the beauty and the pristine magic that is within this area of Light.  As Christine and Mike discussed earlier about the cities of light that represent the higher Rays there is still much construction at this time within these cities and this city is no different.  With the timeline of the movement of the New Earth energies coming upwards into the frequency of Light, there is going to be great transitions that are going to be occurring in these different areas.  So it, is very very important that we understand the frequency that we are feeling right now is representative of  New Zealand at this time but not quite in the level that it is used to actualizing.  As New Zealand is a beautiful area, it’s a very magical area but also there are other areas  just as much that can be challenging and of a lower density than the vibration that we are feeling in the 5th dimensional levels.

We walk around the land; I want you to feel the Earth because, this frequency of the New Earth within this area is going to be very representative of the assistance of receiving the Light body activation .  You will feel the breezes coming up from the ocean even though the distance is quite far.  Now feel those areas of movement from the sea from both sides of the land, even though we are quite a distance away.  Due to the energy of this land mass, it is very focused upon clearing any essence of change.  I just want you to feel the essence occurring for you now as you feel the breezes of the wind through you, as you feel the essence of what is occurring through your four-body system.  Allow your emotional and your mental bodies to be fully activated in a different way then they have been previously while bringing in those frequencies of Light.

Breathe in deeply we are now walking through a grassy area of a hilltop; over the hill we see down the valley, where the Temple is being erected.  The beauty of the Blue Green energy with the essence of Pink filters within the Blue and Green as we walk down the hill.  We see lots of flowers and shrubbery in different parts.  This is a hilltop where animals may graze, this is a space which is large because there are going to be many different types of individuals that come to this City of Light.  This City of Light is going to incorporate energies of the mountains, energies of the seas, energies of the forest, energies of the hilltops, energies of the sun beaming deeply down upon the many areas that embodies water within the land masses so New Zealand truly has all in balance.  What a perfect place for the Attraction to the Body of Light to be in this city of the world.

Allow yourself to just feel those energies deeply within Itarliaan.  It is a city that will incorporate the energies of many levels.  As we walk down the hillside there is a pathway; there is great Joy, there are children that you see , there are individuals that are here who are mainly people who are assisting with the creation of the city as there is still a lot of work to be done.  As we move down towards the Temple it is illustrated by the Blue Green Essence.  It emanates through everything in the land, in the trees, in the water, and in all the frequencies of Light. As we come towards the Temple, we see that it is completely erected out of the base cobble stones.  Then moving towards the top are crystaline structures which are going to emanate Rainbows of Light.  They are more of the clear quartz frequency that is more pristine, but at the top there are beams of Light that represent the Blue Green Ray which is so representative by the lighter colours of the frequencies of stones.  All of them are clear stones; there not any stones that are not fully open. These crystaline structures that have been built have been erected out of these mountains itself and is so representative of the land.  As the land represents, the City herself in all its frequencies of Light.

We now look towards the Temple which is erected in a very interesting type of  structure.  This structure has the pointed energies of light; there are many steeples, and there is one large steeple of the crystaline structure that is at the top that emanates the frequency of Light unto the Temple.  So what exactly is going to happen when individuals that enter the Temple is that they are going to be able to feel the frequencies of the Light of God of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God to fully come into this Temple to feel this Divine union.  Around the Temple are beautiful gardens, and there are places to sit – to just relax and to feel the energies, you will see many birds flying, nature is very prevalent here, all is in Oneness in this space.  As we walk towards the Temple, the Golden doors are open and we walk inside.  Lady Nada is waiting for us there, as this is my cue to step aside.  I will return to escort you back.

I AM Lady Nada.  Please do come in as Mother Mary is here with me.  She wanted to greet everyone here with her Essence, so please do come in.  As you walk into the Temple, you will see it is like a church.  There are other rooms to the outside but, we are going to walk to the center hall which is the Temple of the Doorway of Light.

As we walk into the center hall, you will see the steeple that is at the top is filtered in clear quartz and that Light emanates through the entire hall.  This is very important for each of us to understand that you have just walked through the doorway to attract the frequency Light  to assist you in your own creations and to receive the Divine Love that is necessary within your Heart and within your entire structure.  Feel the Essence that you are.  Breathe deeply you; will see there are seats in a semi circular fashion, many rows of seats please come to the first row.  In the middle is the beam of Light which is the Doorway of Light of the frequency that comes from the top Level representing the Divine Mother and Father God. The Blue Green Ray emanates to each of you and through the entire hall.

There are many times that we will have many people here.  Right now you are first to envision this beautiful Temple.  It is my expression unto you.  As I stand here in the middle of the center of this Temple in the frequency and extend the Blue Green Ray to each of you, I share my Heart unto you in this moment.  I ask you to take a deep breath and allow the deep breath to go to your Heart as I emanate unto you my Divine heart.  Breathe in and open up your Divine heart.  I will ask Dearest One here to ring the bowl, so you can feel the frequency of your heart opening more deeply than you ever have before.

Feel the Blue Green Rays emanating through me unto each of you, as I raise my hand and as my palm now comes towards you this frequency of Light that I AM.  It is fully going to be incorporated within you.  Around the outside of where I am standing you will see beautiful vases of Pink Roses which also emanates the Pink Flame.  I bring to you this essence in this moment to assist you in dissolving any ill elements within your-self that do not serve the purpose of Divine Love within you.  Breathe in deeply and allow this essence to come fully within your Being, allow yourself to fully incorporate unto yourself from your Higher Self as he or she now activates this Divine Love which represents the Divine Love that YOU ARE.  Allow it to go into your Physical essence, allow it to go into the completeness that you are – into your cellular structure.  Allow those elements within you that do not serve this Divine Love to be fully dissolved with the Pink Flame and the Blue Green Ray, as we attract the Body of Light to us.  We start to feel our own self acceptance, we start to feel the essence that we are of our Highest Self, the physical essence will dissolve and turn to Light.

Take a deep Breath and allow yourself to fully incorporate this at this time.  Allow yourself to fully be the Divinity that you are  deserving to be.  Allow your thought process to be removed in this moment.  Just sit in this Temple and feel the expression of the Blue Green emanating through your entire essence.  You are ready to receive, you are ready to accept, and allow yourself to feel the Essence within you as everything is now being dissolved.  The Blue Green Ray is now filtering through your entire body and you vibrate with the Blue Green Essence.  As you feel my heart expanding unto yours, I give you the peace, I give you the ability to fully be your own devotional Self.  Allow yourself to fully incorporate this at this moment.

It is my Divine pleasure to be here with you in this moment to assist you in this process.  Many of you, all of you walking upon this path have a higher reason for being upon this path that is up to you take on that role within yourself.  No one can do it for you, others can show you the way but it is truly a  integration of your Higher Self unto your physical essence.  There are many Lightworkers upon this planet but many do not understand the pathway that they need to walk upon in order to fully accept these frequency of Light.  Some are attracted to the magnificance of being a Lightworker and this is so very true, but truly in the aspect of our Divinity it is important to understand the deepness of our physical ego, the deepness of our physical mind, and even our physical heart that gets in the way of the purity in the Light that each of us fully embodies at this time and many times coming forward.

I extend unto you in this moment and to give you the devotion that is necessary and is your Divine right to hold on to it.  It is your Divine right to fully have it within your Life, It is your Divine right to fully have Love but you must first deeply Love yourself.  Allow these energies to permeate through your being to assist you through this process because once you do, you will be quite surprised at what you attract.  So please know that this is just another step in your journey at the Doorway that you have just stepped through  by coming into this Temple is attracting your Light Body unto you, you may say unto your self you’re not sure your quite ready, allow your Higher Self  to be your guide tap into that frequency now as your Higher Self  is now ready to communicate to you more fully than it has ever has before and to fully come more physically into your body.  That is also a process that cannot always happen overnight.  So let us breathe deeply within our thymus as we bring in these frequency of Light to assist you in the moment of reflection with your Higher Self.

Say these words to yourself:

“I AM Love, I am Divine Love, I accept Divine Love, and I share Divine Love.”

Feel the essence of these frequencies now coming down through you as the Blue Green essences filter through this room.  Feel it permeating to your physical body to your cellular structure, to all the cells  and organs and internalization of your physical inner workings.  Allow it to run to your Emotional level, allow it to filter to your Mental level, and to fully accept your Spiritual levels.  Now the Spiritual body is actualizing the rest of the bodies as they all blend together.  Feel the frequency of Light coming down in through the Temple as each of you are being activated to fully remember and dissolve all elements.  Feel the elements leaving from the top of your Crown.  The Blue Green Ray will filter into the Light formations and take it back into the crystaline structure as it transmutes and transforms it.  Now feel yourself  attracting this Light body more fully than you have previously.  You are allowing your Higher Self to be the commander of your ship – you are allowing yourself to move and be in the frequency that you are and to accept the new role that you are going to be taking on.

Feel these frequencies running through you now as we now hand each of you a beautiful goblet.  The goblet has the Blue Green Ray; take a sip from this goblet as the Ray is going to move into your bloodstream.  Allow it to permeate into the fluid levels of your spinal column, allow it to go into all those elements of the inner workings within your physical existence and then its going to filter into your Etheric body as it removes and dissolves all the debris that has been holding you back from lifetimes and lifetimes and life times.  It doesn’t matter what happened, it doesn’t matter the situation but allow it to be transformed.  What matters in this moment is the actualization of the deepness of your Divinity, the deepness of the Soul that you are activating it within this four-body system and attract this Light to you.  Feel the attraction, feel the Essence.  Let us all stand feeling the filtering of the Light slowly dissipating and now grounding through your feet into your Earth Star.  Let your Earth Star feel the grounding of the Light body so that it can be fully actualized within the physical.  Allow yourself to fully accept this beautiful integration.

I AM Lady Nada at your service. Thank you for coming into the Temple by allowing this Doorway of Light to be within each of you.  It is yours for the asking, just call upon it and come and visit us.  We will be happy to be here with you and to assist you in the process.  You may call upon me personally if that is your choosing.  Deeply feel the Essence that you are.

Let us all hold hands.  as we hold hands in the Temple, we know that we are united because we are Divinely connected to the Love Essence as we are from the Divine Mother and Divine Father God.  There is no separation between any of us.  So I extend to you one more time the tinkling of my Heart coming into your essence for you to fully feel the frequency of Light that is you.  I am in deep honor; deep – deep honor of this journey with each of you this evening.

Mother Mary and Lady Nada escort us out; there is a great essence flowing through each of us until we bring it forth with the continuation of our Light frequency.  As we leave the Temple, we walk down through the gardens.  Feel the beauty that is here; feel the essence that is so representative of Lady Nada and Mother Mary.  This is pure, this is bliss, this is the frequency of the Divine Love.  Allow it to move through your entire essence.  We now walk up the hillside; we all gather together as we move in our group Merkabah.

Breathe in deeply; feel it now centering upon us as we move back towards the area where we first met in the Temple.  Now each of us will separate to our own Light vehicles as you travel to your locations across the Etheric Earth, across the frequency that we are and come down deeply into your own body.  Allow yourself to feel the grounding deeply.

This is a huge activation this evening that is even more than Christine realizes and we have an extra added surprise for you, just sit back.  I as Lord Adama bring forth these frequencies unto you to help you ground them.  This is something that we do for ourselves in Telos; just breathe deeply and allow yourself to ground the energy through the base of your spine, and allow that to sit very tightly as we bring through this essence.

Jan 4th, 2012 ~ Discussion ~ Visiting the Golden City of Itarliaan over New Zealand ~ Initiating the Body of Light

The City of Itarliaan in the Etheric level of New Zealand represents the 9th Ray of Attraction to the Body of Light in the colors of Blue Green.  As we travel to the Golden Cities of Light they represent the Rays of God and we are now moving into the 4th and 5th dimensional Rays which will assist every individual to incorporate and ground these rays into our physical bodies.  If you would like to experience these calls live, please check out our website, LifeStationEarth, for details of the calls and also to download any of the recordings.

Overview:

The last city we visited was Tamarinaqea over British Columbia in Canada which represented Resurrection and Rebirth with Lady Isis.  We spent time in Telos for the Solstice Ceremony and were assisted with the next phase of our journey into 2012.

Current State of Affairs:

We are now working through the higher rays.  We must remember that these cities are not going to be available for quite awhile as visiting these cities in our 5th dimensional body needs the structure and balance of the first seven rays.  This is very important.  You can travel astrally but we will probably be seeing quite a bit of construction in the higher rays.  I believe the temples are the only buildings that we are going to be able to envision.

As we are now fully in 2012, the visitations of the next cities are going to assist us in helping to ground the higher frequencies.  2012 represents our ability to fully walk upon our pathway with what we have learned and incorporated so far in our development of the full body system.

Moving Forward:

This evening we are traveling to New Zealand to experience the City of Itarliaan which represents Attraction to the Body of Light.  Lady Nada and Mother Mary represent this city.

Tonight we will be working with Lady Nada as her aspect is shown with Creation and Dissolution.  Lady Nada is the Twin Ray of Lord Sananda and also the higher self of Mary Magdelene.  She works with the Divine qualities of peace, ministration, and divine love to incorporate into each individual who chooses to work with her.  She will assist in dissolving all issues that are keeping one in bondage from fully receiving the creative forces necessary in one’s life.

Lady Nada came from a large family but was asked to fully step forward in her pathway by rendering service by pouring the love from her heart to those in her family while they slept.  The family members were then nourished and expanded.  She became known as the “selfless one”.  Archangel Charity assisted her with this process as she was asked to enter the retreat in Luxor and would have to several all ties to her family.  It was not easy for her to do so as with the initiations she went through were very difficult and she was living closely with other students.  She understands what it is like to fully invoke the higher energies and have to live in dense situations.

She works with the Pink Flame of Love.  She also works as a messenger for the God and Goddess Meru and their Temple of Illumination, located near Lake Titicaca in Peru, South American.  She first worked at the Temple of Divine Love in New Bedford, Massachusetts.  She was taught how to work with nature, flowers and birds.

Lady Nada represents Creation and Dissolution – she assists individuals in fully removing the negative energies in order to receive Divine Love which in essence is the actualization of the Light Body.  The Light Body cannot be fully integrated until one is ready to let go of the negative aspects of the root area.  Thus this is another journey into the actualization the Body of Light

We will work with Mother Mary next week as she represents the Joy and essence of the completeness when One is in Joy.  Both Lady Nada and Mother Mary work hand-in-hand to bring forth these aspects for the Attraction to the Body of Light.

Both of these Beings assist in the Body of Light Integration and have been chosen specifically to overlight these energies for this amazing City of Light.  Remember this is the City in which the attraction first is initiated to the Body of Light.

  • Creation with the Self,
  • Acceptance,
  • Moving from Hope into Actualization,
  • Love and Light within,
  •  Potential,
  • Stability,
  • Doorways opening with the Light within the Body, the old being removed and resurrected.

Decree ~ Walking through the Doorway of the Light Within Me

There is a very special Golden City in New Zealand,

I am anxious to experience it firsthand;

As I have been walking through the areas of transition,

I have cleared and rebirthed many times over;

I feel the essence within me changing deeply,

As now I am ready to accept the next phase of my journey.

 I want to attract the Light more fully within my physical vehicle

I call upon Lady Nada for assistance;

She represents the phase of Creation by dissolving all that does not serve me,

Her essence is completely within Divine Love;

Mother Mary also assists by showing me how to incorporate joy within my life,

They come towards me in the essence of the Blue Green;

I breathe deeply and feel walking into the essence of actualization of all that I have created,

I feel through my breath the joy and beauty that I Am;

I Am Divine Love.

 Experiencing these moments of creation has helped me to fully actualize my self worth,

I am now in full acceptance of my Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual bodies,

As now they become One in Wholeness;

I feel it swirling within me of the full expression that I Am,

I am now attracting the Body of Light as I stand within the Temple of Divine Love and Joy;

Dec 28th 2011 ~ Lord Adama Guides Us to the Library of Portho-Logos with Mikos of the Hollow Earth

This is Lord Adama speaking.   It is my greatest pleasure to be here with you in this moment to assist you in this process of preparing as we all move into the next year, which is going to be a fabulous year for each of us.   It could be challenging, but it’s going to be very motivated and very moving for every individual on your personal basis, and the opening of the doorways of many of us to be walking with you more physically than we ever have before.

It is my Divine pleasure to just prepare you in this moment of what we’re going to be doing this evening.  It’s going to be a little bit of a different entrance way into the acceptance of where each of us is accelerating into new-found states of continuance within the physical essence.

We want each of you to fully remember that even though I speak to you as Lord Adama, as the Priest of Telos, as the frequency of the Light, I am still in a physical body, and I am still being affected by elements that are happening on the Upper Earth.  That’s why it is so very important for each of us to acknowledge each other so that we can assist each other deeply and greatly.   There are many changes that are going to be happening on the Upper Earth.  Some of them may be a bit unpleasant because of the conflictions that have occurred upon the Planet, because of the elements of change that occurred.   But, in essence, the truth of the matter is that we are all coming together in the Divinity and Oneness as we never have in any other time period.

This is the blessing.  And the blessing is to each of you for accepting yourself in your Totality for you to fully understand that you have a purpose upon this Earth more than just standing as a Human Being, working and having family and having friends.  There is so much more that each of you is the God Essence within you to create that more fully within your physical self and to allow it to enfold outside of yourself so that you can fully understand the creation that is happening upon the Earth.  Because right now as each of us gathers in this moment, in these frequencies, we are assisting energetics through the Inner Plane levels of the Upper Earth levels to assist others to feel frequencies of Oneness.  So this evening is going to be a little bit different from what we have done before because we are going to connect with that Oneness more fully than we have.

So I say in these moments, let’s just take a deep breath.  And within that deep breath, we want each of you to help yourself to understand who you are.  So if you look within your Heart Center, what is it that you feel in these moments?

As we fully tap into the highest essence that we have the ability to come into physical being in this moment, I ask each of you to just surrender unto the frequencies that are going to be coming through, because as these frequencies come through, you will start to feel an expanded awareness within you.  And with this expanded awareness it needs to be integrated within your physical essence.  It needs to come into the physical level, into the cellular level and into the elements surrounding you in the physical part of your creation.  Sometimes the physical body does not want to accept fully what is happening.

I say to Christine consistently ~ Meleriessee.   I still will call her Christine because she will always be Christine to me.   She has been going through these elements even though there have been messages that I have given to her that have fully been created within her life there have been doubts.  This is the Physical Self.   The Physical Self does not fully want to accept the creation of the Higher Self into the physical body.

The physical body is not used to these frequencies and this is being in a 5th dimensional level of acceptance.   So until one really understands through feeling levels that these elements are occurring, you can still have these particles within you that are not fully accepting all that you are creating.  You are the Creator.  You are the Creator.   You are Destiny.  You are the Mover.  You are Destiny.

So I ask each of you in this moment to think about everything that has occurred to you in this year.  I want you to center yourself upon January of this year.   As you came into January 2011, how you may have felt and to see the difference now in December 28 ~ three days before the year is going to shift to 2012.

New Years Eve is a very momentous occasion and this is time to fully connect to the elements of the frequency because as you are moving from the old into the new it is truly going to assist you in the next paradigm of creation that you are trying to create.  So we say to you right now let us not worry about anything.  We are going to take you on a magic carpet ride, and while on this magic carpet ride you are going to feel the freedom and the joy of experiences that you desire to have within your physical existence.  But the confines of the mind do not always allow you to create because in those essences you fully are unsure of what is occurring in each circumstance.  So we say to you right now to just breathe deeply.

Breathe deeply as now we will run the energies once again.

Let us now feel these frequencies of the Light that you are.  Allow yourself to experience a newfound Beingness, to see yourself being incorporated with your highest essence, deeply and in embracement.   Feel this embracement of your Higher Self and your I Am Presence fully activating you in a new way of existence.

Let us breathe.

Let us breathe as now we activate our Merkabah Vehicles.  As we activate our Merkabah Vehicles , we see ourselves spinning upwards into the Etheric Level of Earth and we all come together.  Let us all blend our energies into the Oneness that we are.  And we see ourselves on a magic carpet.  The magic carpet is going to take us into the essence of our future.  Allow us just to sit back and feel the magic carpet just gliding us into the new-found existence of 2012.

As we do this, we are going to take you to the Library of Portho-Logos.  It is the city under theAegean Sea.  It is headed by Mikos of the Inter-Galactics.  There is a special place there we want to take you.

As we go into that space, we feel ourselves going into the elements of finding our self in this beautiful Temple.  This beautiful Temple is well lit with electronics and visualizations.  We arise from the magic carpet and we see that here are many Beings here this evening.  These many Beings are bringing forth the acceptance of the creation of Oneness.  Christine and Michael have been calling this the Unified Whole.  They have decided to gather this evening for each of us.

In this beautiful essence of a Temple, see crystalline structures through Light Formations.  Mikos is with us and so are many other Inter-Galactics along with many Telosians.  The Telosian Council is here with us also.

We have been given a special dispensation this evening.  We have decided that we want each of you to move into a future timeline, for you to experience the essence of the beauty that you are so that you can fully come back into the timeline that your body is sitting upon and to create the future timeline in the present.  So let us all gather here.  You see many seats.  These many seats are here filled with many different Beings.  Everything is in a circular manner ~ rows and rows of seats.  There is a beautiful candle lit altar in the middle.  At the top of the altar there is a screen.

The screen is going to light up with the frequency of the energies that we are all coming together.

I as, Lord Adama, am now going to step aside as we bring in the Unified Whole, to have them bring a special message, which is also the Creative Source of Oneness that so many talk about Are All That Is.  This is the Creative Source that each of us is a part of.

We come to you in the essence of All The Creation, of All That Is, of All The Planetary Structures, of All The Universal Structures, of the God Force, and the Force of the Cosmic Energies of Oneness to fully activate within ourselves the ability to see and feel within the expression that we are together.

If you were to look at us individually, you would not see any of us speaking.  We come from, in this moment, that Group Consciousness.  So it is a Consciousness that is coming through, that is permeating this room.  We ask each of you to just breathe in the energetics that is coming through the Voice because sometimes words may not have any meaning but the frequency will.  So we ask each of you to just open up your Heart Centers, open up your Empowerment, open up all the energies that are flowing within you.  Allow yourself to Accept and be the Being that you are.   We ask each of your Higher Selves to be more fully active and your I Am Presence as we all stand here within our own I Am Presence and feel the conglomeration of the energetics that we are together.  There is no separation in this moment because we are in the Oneness that we are.  There are no aspects of the Mental Level or the Emotional Level that are stopping us from fully receiving this because as we stand here in the Library of Portho-Logos there is nothing else but complete Oneness.   So we ask each of you to just receive these energies, these frequencies as we come to you and share with you the Light Being that you are.

Each of you has come unto this Planet at a time when it is very crucial in the moments that are occurring.  As we stand here in 2012 and give you these frequencies, we want each of you to feel your essences.  We want you to feel your elements within you that bring you the power and the acceptance that you are ~for you to fully understand, not within your mind, but your Higher Mind and your Higher Hearts.  Allow that to flow through you now from the top of your Crown into the rest of your body.  Feel the spiraling Light coming through to you.  As there are many different types of Beings that are working with you to assist you in this process, but individually you know them well.  Cosmically, you do not.

So we impart upon you in this moment, these frequencies of Light, to share with you the essence and the beauty that you are, to allow you to express yourself in the continuality that you are because now is the time of your Awakening.  Now is the time of your acceptance.  Now is the time for you to fully embrace the Codes of Light that you are.  Allow them to fully permeate within your essence.  Allow yourself to feel it in your Heart.  Allow it to fully incorporate in all aspects of your Beingness.

Breathe that in.  Breathe it in, as we all walk with you hand-in-hand and arm-in-arm in the frequency we are together.

Breathing deeply and accepting yourself of the Light Being you are.

Breathe it in.  Let it come.  Let it come.  Let it come.  Let it come so it fills you up as you have just finished a beautiful meal and you feel so fulfilled of the Light that you are.  Let us expand right now as we stand within each other in this beautiful Temple in Portho-Logos.  Let us breathe and relax and let it settle within us.  Feel colors upon colors.  Feel the essences within.  Feel the frequency that you are.

Now there is a screen that is coming down from the top of the ceiling.  As it comes down, it will be in front of you.  Each individual is being giving a portal into their future days.  We want you to just breathe deeply.  What we have just given to you is an activation to assist you in fully moving through any blockages that may have stopped you previously from creating your desires within your existence in the physical body.  It is part of the human experience at this moment.  We are going to run the Tibetan Bowl, which is a lighter ring.  Each of you is going to look at the screen in front of you and you are just going to just see the vision of where you are in 2012.  It may be the beginning of the year.  It may be the middle of the year.  It may be toward the end of the year.  It just doesn’t matter what the timeline is.  We are giving you this timeline for you to see within yourselves what you are going to be creating, personally, individually and then pathway wise.  It doesn’t have to be all of these things.  These are just examples.  We want everyone to just take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel that frequency within you so that you can expand your awareness.  As now we are fully activating you with your Highest Essence.

Breathing deeply, allow that to occur now.

Breathing deeply, we now want to bring in those frequencies into the deepness of your Soul.   Bringing you now to accept what you are just receiving in your physical essence.  The screen is now being removed and in place of the screen we are bringing in Light frequencies of all the Rays of God to fully activate it on a Physical Level for your essences to accept and embrace.  Allow the colors of the many colors ~ the Reds – Greens  - Oranges - Goldens – Silvers – Platinums – Lavenders – Higher Violets – Higher Greens -Higher Yellows – Higher Blues.  Mixtures of colors blending together in the frequency, so then there’s colors mixed with no colors.

And it comes down in a beam of Light around you and within you.  It is like a mist coming into your Being, but it is truly just frequency of Light Codes coming into your essences for you to have a realization that this is your reality.  This is what you are creating.  This is the beauty that you are.  This is the blissfulness.  This is the Oneness.  As we create Oneness within ourselves, you are going to be able to create Oneness around you.

So now we ask for the Essences of the Higher Beings of yourself, the Higher Beings of your Light Codes, the Higher Beings of all your frequencies, of all your dimensional travels that have been in Oneness to fully come into balance within you right now, to bring in your Higher Self, to bring in the acceptance, to bring in your I Am Presence activated within your physical body.

It is our Divine pleasure to fully come forward and to assist you in this process this evening, but not just this evening.  We are going to become more active in the work that Lord Adama is doing with Meleriessee and with Michael.  So we want to acknowledge unto each of you the ability to work with each of you also.  We see a great change that has happened in the communication of these meditations that they are bringing forth in assisting each of you.  It is also bringing forth more frequencies within each of you to accept your Divinity more fully, to help you to remember your Lemurian heritage, to help you to actualize your accessibility with the Telosian energy and also to walk unto the New Earth.

This is what our main goal is within each other.  We are a Council of 24 Beings at this time of the Telosians.  We do change our positions just because we do not like to stay in one place too long, and it helps us to not be in power.  We don’t like the word power, but truly we just oversee and make sure that what we are receiving unto the Telosian cities and the community is for the highest good of all.

This is our expression unto each of you in this moment.  This is why we truly want to bring forth these frequencies unto you ~ to assist you and to guide you and to let you know we are here.  We are here to help your through these processes because 2012 is going to be a very powerful year for each of us.  There are more elements that are going to be happening that we are more actively participating in each other’s consciousness, in each other’s well-being , and each other’s Divinity upon the New Earth.

These frequencies of Light that are occurring for us are going to make great changes upon the Earth.  This is why we are coming to you in consciousness.  We approve of what is occurring in these calls that are being put out there by the Dearest One here and also her partner, Michael.  There have been great warnings to watch the frequencies of the many and some of the individuals that are channeling the energies for the Telosians are not quite ready to receive these frequencies.

So we say unto each of you, we express our desire to assist you in these processes, to help you bring forth these frequencies unto yourself.  This is why we have come together on this evening in this manner.  This is not something that the Dearest One here even understood what was happening until the time came to totally tune into the frequencies.

So we extend our blessings unto you for a very beautiful New Year in 2012.  We extend our Consciousness of the Council in a group format to assist as much as possible, to let us know exactly what areas you are interested in, how we can assist you though this process and how we can fully allow ourselves to come together in the Unity of Community and the Oneness There Is.  That is why we are here this evening.  It is our introduction unto these calls that are going to be occurring as there is great energies that are overseeing the Golden Cities.

The Golden Cities that you are now going to be incorporating with are of a much Higher Level than the first seven.  So it is important for us to bring forth these energetics unto you to assist you in this process because, believe me, you are here for a reason.  You have a powerful gift to give and many gifts to give.  And you have a powerful pathway to walk upon.  So we extend unto you the ability to do it with ease and with grace, and in the frequencies that are acceptable for your physical self.

We will do everything in our power to assist you and to incorporate unto you any Telosian leaders or guides that can assist you through this process.  We have many that are opening up their Hearts unto each of you.  For the challenges that we have seen each of you go through and where you are now, it is miraculous and it is beautiful, and we thank you for doing so.

So in this moment, we extend unto you another avenue for each of you to work through, because we are coming to a time where we are going to be more actively integrating with each other on a physical basis.  We want to assist you as much as possible to be able to accelerate yourself into these stages.

We thank you for being here with Dearest Meleriessee and now Dearest Michael to bring forth these frequencies because it is a time to fully allow each of us to understand we have been apart for much too long.  Now is our time to come together in Oneness, in community, and in deep love of each other.  It is our desire to work with you, to assist you.  The timeline of 2012 is going to be coming very swiftly and quickly.  Your activations are going to be going through you deeply as the Expression of Light that is coming through the Dearest One is of the purest sense in these moments because of what she has created for herself.  She extends her hand unto you as we extend our hands unto her and onto you.

The line of hands-within-hands is beyond the comprehension of your physical mind.  So let us all join hands in this moment and to feel those frequencies within each other because what you are doing right now is truly assisting humanity.

On December 31, allow yourself to know that you are the Creator of this Destiny, and you are about to walk into the magical garden of your life.  It is my blessing and my Divine pleasure to be with you in these moments.

Beginning  Meditation Guided By Meleriessee

Let’s take a deep breath in this moment as we activate the 8th Chakra & Ray of the Thymus Gland.  Breathe deeply into the Thymus spinning the chakra as we want to activate it fully.  We are going to visualize ourselves walking through a misty forest which is filled with the Sea-Foam Green.  Incorporate the Sea-Foam Green in your being and allow yourself to feel the Resurrection and Recreation that is occurring.  What happens many times is that we need to process elements on many different levels in order for things to be finally removed; we want to make sure that the Physical, Etheric, Emotional, and Mental bodies are completely cleared of all the frequencies.

As you walk through the forest, you see there is a clearing in which you will sit down.  This misty light of Sea-Foam Green is flowing into you through the trees and the brush; everything turns to the green as it comes towards you.  It is filtering in your Soul Star coming down into your chakra column.  Breathe that deeply into the essence of your chakras first in the Crown, and asking the Sea-Foam Green to move all debris that does not fit your highest purpose as we are going to activate your Higher Self within your Physical body.  We consistently need to reinitialize these energies even if you have fully activated your Higher Self on a physical.

Bring the energies down into the Third Eye and all energies that are associated with this area of your brain waves, sinuses, your teeth, moving the energy down through your ear canals and your nasal passages, going deeply into your throat area across your neck removing stress and worry.  Now moving it down into our Thymus area in between our Heart and Throat which is the activation of this chakra along with your upper back.  If you have shoulder issues, work the energies in this area as many of us have problems accessing our Higher Self within this area.  We want to now go into our Heart area and seeing the essence of the Sea-Foam Green going into all parts of our organs and all structures of the Physical body including the cellular structure.  We want to activate and resurrect all that does not fit our highest purpose.  We move it down into our Solar Plexus allow it to go into the intestinal tract and the middle of our back along with the organs that are overlighted in this area with the bloodstream and circuitry system, glandular system, and all t hose elements that help the body to be very active and healthy.  Now moving it down into the Sacral area, our Creativity and Sexuality, the lower back.  Allow those energies to move into the Creation that We Are.  Moving the Sea-Foam into the Root area which is our grounding cord but is also a place where debris can be held such as fears and worries.

We ask the Sea-Foam Green to permeate into the whole essence of your Being.  Now moving it down into your limbs, your knees of flexibility, the ankles of your support system.  It moves into your feet as we permeate it down into the Physical essence. We now want it to go into the Etheric essence outside of your body and allow it to filter outside of you about six inches beyond the physical.  The Etheric level holds of the debris from all our lifetimes so we want to make sure there is no elements within that are stopping us from activating the 8th Chakra.  Allow us to resurrect onto our next highest space.  We are now moving into the Emotional level with the Sea-Foam green allowing it to be fully activated in a higher sense as the essence of the Sea-Foam Green is flowing through it.  Then it goes into the Mental level outside the Emotional as all these areas are being resurrected and cleared.

We are now going to ask for the frequencies of our Spiritual body to become more fully into place that is associated with our Higher Self.  As the Spiritual body becomes more activated you are going to be feeling ~ almost like a push of energy ~ as the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Etheric, and Physical bodies are going to become all one body as now in your Thymus area you feel a spinning of the Sea-Foam Green fully within you.  Feel that activation as we are now actualizing that chakra more fully.  It is important for each of us to tune into this chakra on a daily basis because it will assist in the process of activating the Higher Self more fully.  Feel that coming within you Now.

Let’s take a moment, breathe deeply to see if there are any elements that are left over from last week of participating in this call or listening to the recording along with any elements that have come up since that time that you want to resurrect.  This resurrection phase sometimes does not always happen at once.  We don’t always walk through a doorway and all of a sudden everything is gone.  There can be other elements; other particles that you are not even aware of from other lifetimes as we are becoming multi-dimensional beings and we are going to be processing all these parts from other lifetimes. This is where the Sea-Foam Green Ray assists in this process.

Lord Adama will now be speaking to us and then guide us to the City of Tamarinaqea.

Greetings My Dearest Ones,

It is my Divine pleasure to be here in this moment ~ to bring forth the frequency of this beautiful city that of course, is under construction as the higher rays of the cities are still being built.  I Am Lord Adama at your service.  The more basic cities are much more in constructed and divinity in space than the higher frequencies.  We still want to give overviews of all of the cities so that you can get a feel of what is truly represented within the Golden Cities of Light.

As I come to you from the Telosian Command Center this evening, I bring forth to you a few elements for you to think about it.  These elements concern what it is that is happening to you on a personal basis.  It is very important that we understand that in order for us to receive these higher frequencies that we have to take care of the other processes that we have been going through.  The energy of the Sea-Foam Green really assists in doing the higher cleansing but sometimes on the other elements we do not really foresee what is happening within our physical, emotional, or mental body.  It is almost like using the Sea-Foam Green is the same thing as working with an outside healer.  The Sea-Foam Green is the Higher Cleansing Ray and it helps to run through your system allowing you to fully find the essences and the divinity that are important to each of your processes.

As Meleriessee stated earlier that the fluctuations that occur to us are very multi-dimensional and what each of you are doing in these stages as you are clearing, many, many lifetimes.  Just because you are remembering something does not mean you are clearing it.  There could be debris stuck in the Etheric level that is affecting you on a Physical level or in the Cellular Structure as it is all part of the inner-workings of the chakra system.  As we know it is part of our Soul’s Essence, so within those areas it is important for us to fully clear and remove the debris.  You may find that you are going through these elements and more things do come up because it is very, very important.  When you get to a certain point you are going to be able to process things immediately, but this is not always so depending on one’s ability to process it on the Innerplane level.  When you start to understand the Innerplane level, then it comes into your Physical essence.  It is about awareness.

This is also what we want to assist you with these processes of going to the cities.  It is not just about learning what they represent.  It is allowing the frequencies to be fully within your Being to access the Rays of God. This is another lesson of learning about the rays.  It was not intended to be that way in the beginning but it has become part of the learning process.  As you incorporate yourself into each of the cities you are going to be incorporating that ray that is essential integrating that specific chakra.  22 Rays of God represent the 22 Chakras that represent the fifth dimensional frequencies within your physical body.

Right now within the City of Resurrection and Recreation, we are working with the 8th Ray which is the start of the 4th dimensional chakra grid right within your Thymus area.  This is a good place to start because what happens as you are traveling through the seven chakras and the seven rays, you are cleansing and purifying that dimensional body. We are now moving into a higher essence in order to assist you in receiving that 5th dimensional body.  So everything that each of you is feeling within those activations and changes within the physical body can be very, very challenging as has been stated by “ascension symptoms”.  Basically, what we are embarking upon this evening is to allow yourself to fully intuit within you if there are any other elements that need to be fully removed.

It is a process, I say this to you, again, because I want you to realize that things do not happen overnight although the frequencies are very high and some of you have been on this path for quite a while.  There can still be elements within you as your life changes.  When you are in your life circumstances, when you move into your pathway, it is very, very important to look at elements that are occurring within you either at yourself or within others.  Because they are going to be mirror images and for you to accept that changes that need to be taking in order for you to walk upon that Golden Pathway.  It is no different for anyone.  We all have to go through these elements.  Each of us in the Telosian frequencies is also learning how to incorporate these elements so that we can be in full contact with each of you.  Just because your frequency is a lower level than ours planetarily, it means that we are going to have new experiences of interacting with one another.  What we are assisting you with during these journeys is to get a feel of how you can help yourself more fully.  So that is why it is very important for you to listen to the recordings after the calls, because you are going to be finding that new things appear to the surface and this is all part of the process as your Higher Self becomes more fully incorporated within your body.

It is not an overnight process as some may think that it is.  If you have any questions about this, talk to Meleriessee about this personally because she is going through this herself.  So it does not matter how long or how short you are on the path, you are going through these symptoms and these processes you need to take care of; but what occurs for you as you activate your Higher Self more fully within your Physical body, they are not challenging to take care of.  You may have a few moments of being a little reticent or not sure what is happening, but in Divine Order of accessing your Higher Self you will see the process that you need to go through and it will be much easier than you really think that it is.  It is the process of allowing the Divinity of your Highest Essence to be fully within your Physical body.  Then, the way you handle things is going to be quite different.  Within that you will receive the joy and the blessings, the acceptance of others being in your life when previously you probably would not be able to handle because of elements within yourself that you foresaw could be a problem.  It all changes as you bring forth this Higher Consciousness within you.

I wanted to explain all this because some may think that they are lower on the path than others because they are having a more challenging time.  It is just a process for each and every one of you as we are here to assist you.  This is why we are bringing forth this class on a weekly basis.  We are p[preparing you for that fifth dimensional accessibility within your physical body.  I am very happy that each of you is bringing forth these frequencies within you at this time.

Let us all take a deep breath.

We feel our Merkabah Vehicle spinning in a clockwise as it spins off the Earthplane into the Etheric level as we all meet in Canada in the Northwest section of North America.  As we filter across to British  Columbia and feel the essence of the City of Tamarinaqea as we feel the Sea-Foam Green filtering toward us.  We now feel ourselves landing within the city as we separate from our group essence.  We see the landscape once again with mountains, hills, with beautiful flowers, the ocean on the outskirts, lakes and very pristine.  We find ourselves on the very edge of city.  The city is under construction as we have said previously but everything permeates with the Sea-Foam Green through the essences of the land.

Let us gather in a circle and feel it permeating through our entire full body system as we previously brought in the essences in the meditation shared by Meleriessee.  We want you to feel this in your Thymus area.  Just allow it to flow through you and fully feel the guidance of this journey as your Higher Self is awaiting for you to be fully embodied with him or her.  Let us walk down towards the city.  This evening we are going to be in a different area than last week.  The circumference of the city encompasses many structures being built but within the middle of the town, we see the Commerce section of the city. There is a beautiful fountain that represents the Sea-Foam Green.  There may be different types of individuals that you encounter with great acknowledgement from each of them. We now walk around the town square with a statue of Lady Isis in the middle representing an altar.  The frequency of the energies is around every individual.  We walk around the center part of the city as we are guided towards a body of water that is on the outskirts of the town.  There is a plank that goes across representing a bridge that takes us to the Temple.  The structure is based on Egyptian culture which is very representative of the Isis energies and again, you are going to see many different colors of the Sea-Foam Green which can bring in the luminosity of many colors of Green, Blue and Violet all mixed together.  There are crystalline structures on the outside of the temple.  It is in the shape of a pyramid and as we walk across the drawbridge we see Isis greeting us.  She will come through for just a moment.

This is Lady Isis speaking and it is my divine pleasure to be your hostess this evening as Archangel Ramiel is getting ready to assist you in your Recreation.  It is my pleasure to be coming through so often in the last week to each of you to assist you in this frequency and to assist you in the Divine Feminine that is so active within my essence which is part of the Resurrection and Recreation.  We are assisting each of you to bring in these essences so that you can accept yourself more fully and diligently than you ever have before.  Now is the time to remove the old elements that have been getting in the way of your full divinity.  I thank you for being here in the temple and I hope you will return later when the city is much more constructed than it is presently.  We see it being a beautiful city as the area is immensely gorgeous.  So take every element in as you can; allow it to be embraced within yourself for you to accept your Divinity and the acceptance that is occurring for you in these moments.  It is my blessing and my Divine Pleasure to be here with you as Lady Isis.

This is Lord Adama again.  Let us walk into the Temple as we walk in a circular fashion.  We walk around the outside as we see the reflection of the energies of the Sea-Foam Green in crystalline formulations through the walls and also from the top of the Temple.  Then you will see a staircase that will take us down into the middle of the Temple where the true work is going to be done.  As we walk down the steps we are in the base of light that represents the frequencies of the altar that permeate upwards through the top of the Temple that you can also see from the outside.  These permeating frequencies are the Violet, the Blue, and the Green all mixed together as it is in one flame.  On the outside of the altar is a pool of water with many crystalline frequencies, with many different kinds of crystals and gemstones laying all around the structure that is created out of the crystalline light that so represents the essence of the Sea-Foam Green.  There are seats around the outside of the altar and now please find a seat for yourself wherever you feel is best for your position.  Now we will introduce Archangel Ramiel.

Dearest Ones,

It is I, Archangel Ramiel and it is my divine pleasure to be here in this moment to assist you in having great hope of the resurrection that you are going through.  It is true that I helps souls resurrect themselves onto the gates of Heaven, but I am also here to assist each of you in your own personal resurrections within these physical bodies you are inhabiting.  As you are within the physical bodies, you are starting to bring forth the fluidness of your Light.  It is quite different than it ever has been before.  The hope has already been within you; it is just being blocked and covered up by the elements of debris of frequency that have not allowed you to fully have the creation of your Light within your Physical Essence.  This is so very true as you are processing each element of frequency.

I stand in front of you today as Archangel Ramiel as part of the Seraphim to help you see within you the ability to see the Hope within yourselves.  At times this can be very difficult and challenging.  We want you to assist you through this process of your Divinity as this is the Temple of Recreation.  This is where it all happens to fully allow ourselves to fully let go of the Essences that have kept us in bondage.

We are going to do something a little bit different in which we will bring in the Creative Source of Oneness and the Unified Whole to assist us fully in bringing forth the frequencies of the Sea-Foam Green through all elements within your bodies.  There is a remembrance of your frequencies that are very important for you and many of you do not have these remembrances.  This is where part of the problem may lie because as you are going through these processes and bringing up the debris, there still can be effects of not quite sure of what you are doing within each other and not having the full effect and focus that is necessary for you to feel that Hope.  The Hope truly comes from your spiritual essence; the hope does not come from your physical body.  The Hope does not come from the physical mind; the Hope only comes from the essence and purity of your Heart to be fully opened up.  Many of you have seen infractions of this in times of your lives, but not always.  You don’t always feel those elements coming through unto you so tonight we want to assist you with bringing forth these aspects.

I am going to take a moment as we bring into the frequencies of the many levels of the 144th dimensional light.  As an archangel I bring to you the ability to fully transform these elements and resurrect that does not fit your highest purpose.  Please take a deep breath and within this breath I give unto you my Essence ~ my Essence of Purity and Realignment.  Within this realignment you start to feel a shift occurring within your full-body system.  The first thing we want to do is bring in the Sea-Foam Green as you have already done this evening but on a deeper level.

You will see there is a goblet right by your seat.  This is a clear crystalline goblet but the water contains the Sea-Foam Green.  I want you to drink the Sea-Foam Green essence and feel it going down your throat.  As it goes within you it will go into all parts of your system ~ elements of your physical body as it moves into your Esophagus and into your stomach area.  As it moves deeper, it moves into all the organs and the Cellular Structure of the physical body.  There are portals of Light within your cellular structure.  The Sea-Foam Green is going to go into these portals of Light to open them up further to allow yourself to feel the full composition of your Beingness.  Within this composition you start to feel a relaxation occur within you.  Take a moment and allow this to run through you.

Now feel the Sea-Foam Green totally relaxing you as it is fully bringing in the frequency of Acceptance.  We fully want you to allow yourself to Accept where you are presently in your life and what you are feeling in these moments.  The Sea-Foam Green is going to go to all areas that do not reflect this relaxation.  As it does, it will go through these portals of Light and they will be transmuted with the Sea-foam Green.

Let us take several deep breaths ~ In and Out ~ In and Out ~ In and Out.  Now we are going to ask for the Resurrection to occur.  Whatever it is that you are dealing with either physically, emotionally, mentally, maybe even spiritually, allow yourself to blend into the Sea-Foam Green.  Feel the blending and the frequency running through these elements of thoughts, worries, and emotions; feel it coming into you of your essences and communications along with all that you were feeling.  Just relax unto that essence.  Now the room is being filtered with the Sea-Foam Green with light rays from the top of the ceiling coming down into each of us through our Crown area; feel the vibration of the Sea-Foam Green adjusting everything within your system.  Feel this readjustment taking place.

So now we call upon the Unified Whole to fully assist us.  We are going to ask for removal of all elements that are blocking you in this moment.  You may or may not be aware of them, but we want each of you state to us in your consciousness what it is that you feel that may be a problem for you in this moment.  What is it that you need to assist yourself with?  Possibly you need to activate your Higher Self more.  Maybe something as simple as that or possibly maybe not feeling the fluidness in your life, or maybe you need more synchronization in your life, more financial abundance.  Allow yourself now to state onto us in this consciousness of what you need assistance with to balance and feel this essence.  The Unified Whole will receive your answer.

000-144-000 ~ We bring in the Unified Whole into the activation of this meditation into the Temple  of  Resurrection and Regeneration.  We now ask for the frequency of your request to come unto us as we fully come through into your Beingness.  We are going to shift you into the higher consciousness to allow yourself to just relax onto Yourself.

Moving through the frequencies of Light we pull out all elements that do not serve your purpose in this moment to assist you in your Divinity, to assist you in your pathway, to assist you in bringing joy into your life.  Let’s take a few more moments as we pull out all these elements out of every one of you.  We now take a deep breath (Meleriessee clapping her hands, changing the energies).  Feel your essences changing.  So Mote It Be, It is Done.

This is Ramiel once again; thank you Unified Whole, thank you for this frequency, thank you for allowing ourselves to feel the Resurrection.  So now we have traveled in the confines of our Mind and our Heart as we have purged all the elements that do not fit our Highest Good.  Feel your Thymus area as the light circles within you.

We are now ready to bring forth the 4th dimensional chakra grid.  We ask for our Higher Self’s assistance “Please Higher Self, I ask for your assistance to fully allow you to embody within me.”  Feel that coming within.  If you are already merged with your Higher Self, we ask a deeper activation of your Higher Self.  We are now restructuring the subconscious mind into the higher mind as the Higher Mind represents your Higher Self.  We are permeating all the thoughts of your Higher Mind into your subconscious so then your subconscious and your Higher Mind will be One with your Higher Heart.  Feel this changing within your thoughts and the frequency of your Higher Self fully within your physical body as He or She is moving the elements of this frequency down into your legs, in your feet to ground the energy as now you start to be One.  Feel the Oneness within You.  At this point, we are regenerating your physical healing; you are now ready to walk with your Higher Self onto your new Awakening.  Now think about Hope, Joy, and to feel the Bliss that is part of your Higher Self.  Allow that now to run through your physical body and allow that frequency to be YOU.

I now stand in front of you as Archangel Ramiel.  I extend my hands onto your hands.  Please take my hands.  We are now totally connected at this time.  I want you to feel my Essence of Hope and Joy.  I want you to feel that permeating through you into your Thymus and into the rest of your body, upwards and downwards.  Breathe and Release.  Breathe and Release.  Breathe and Release.  Feel that acting upon you. Feel that frequency that you are.  I give you this – from your Highest Essence.  This is coming from your Higher Self.  They have asked me to incorporate this onto you, as I walk with you through this process, I shall share with you the Joy that is You.  It is not my Joy; it is not God’s joy; it is Your Joy.  It is your essence fully incorporating within your physical body.

As you stand up, we embrace each other and you feel your wings from the back of your shoulder blades fully enfolding onto my wings as we are totally connected in this moment.  There is a remembrance of who we were together in the beginning.  As we do this, we skip over all the lifetimes that did not feel right and there was a disconnection.  There is no longer a disconnection as you now are connecting to your own Hope and your own Joy.  It is something that is within you from your Highest Essence.  Take a moment and thank your Higher Self for giving you this gift today.  It is a gift that is like none other.  Breathe deeply into that and feel it permeate into your entire Being.  I walk with you to the altar and you look in the space where the water and the gemstones are located.  You pick a gemstone for yourself.  Just allow yourself to intuit which one is correct for you and then bring it onto your Heart.  This is your stone of Joy that is going to assist you in the frequency of who you are and what you are embodying in your life.  Feel that fully running through you.

It is now time for us to part but before we do, I want to give you one last gift.  The gift is the reflection that I see within each of you and what you are showing to me in this moment.  I say unto you that it is the gift onto yourself.  This is the gift of your Highest Essence fully within your physical body.  Allow the resurrection and the regeneration to now occur.  Allow yourself to fully feel your highest essence as you never have before.  Breathing deeply ~ I now ask of you to listen to your Higher Self to see if there is a message for you or just a confirmation in the next moment.

It is my Divine Blessing to be here for you at this time, and at all times to assist you in receiving the hope and Joy within your Heart.  Thank you.

This is Lady Isis.  Let us all arise and hold hands.  Let us all connect with the frequency of Oneness that is all part of us.  Let us all feel this Regeneration.  As each of us in this Temple are now moved into another space of existence.  Feel the essence of your Feminine Divine fully coming into your body.  Feel yourself intuit the joy; feel yourself to intuit the blessings as your gifts are now expanding as you are receiving more deeply.  When you receive, then you can share.  Allow yourself to understand that some of you are here as teachers of this energy.  Some of you are here to accept within your Divinity that you must share first and the other will receive through your sharing.  Many of you incorporating the Feminine Divine are these transmitters onto other to allow the other to fully receive.  And when that person fully receives your essence and your light, you will see it returned to you time, and time, and time again.  This Temple is sacred in itself because we can Resurrect and Regenerate at the same time.  As each of you are now fully activated within your highest essence than you ever have been before, allow that frequency to be fully within you.  Allow yourself to feel the totality that you are in this moment.

Please follow me as we now will leave the Temple. We walk up the steps to the next level and around the outside area.  We feel the energy of the Sea-Foam Green running everywhere.  There are reflections of light within the essence of the Gold frequency.  As we walk around the outer circumference of the temple, we now find the doorway.  Thank you for coming to our Temple here in this beautiful city of Tamarinaqea.   It is my great honor.

This is Lord Adama once again.  Let us now walk out of the Temple and across the plank, down into the fountain within the city that shows a structure of Isis in Gold with the Sea-Foam Green within the water.  Please go over to the structure and give a blessing onto Isis and the blessing will be returned onto you.

Let us gather together as now we walk out of the city where we first arrived.  I, as Lord Adama, want to say thank you very much for joining me in this journey this evening.  It is very important for each of you as there can be elements that can arise for each of you during your day even if you thought you had taken care of them.  It is very important to connect with your Higher Self on a daily basis.  It is what is going to assist you in this process that you are going through.

Let us take a deep breath as I give you the deepness of my Heart onto each of You for the processes that you are going through and the energies of the frequencies.  As our Merkabah Vehicle spins off of the New Earth City, we feel the essences of this beautiful city.  It incorporates regeneration everywhere you look.  Let us now all separate but it is not without my deepest lesson onto each of you to fully frequent this energy within you in all aspects of your daily living.  Feel yourself coming back into your physical body.

I, Lord Adama, am honored to be here during this New Earth call.  It has become very crucial, not only for each of you, but for each of us in Telos, and to activate these cities more deeply.  Because what is happening is that each time you travel to any of these cities, it is activating the frequencies for them to be created more fully within the New Earth.

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel the Hope and the Joy that you have within yourself at this moment.  This is truly a 5th dimensional process and if you don’t feel that joy, tap into your Higher Self as you allow Him or Her to assist you in this process.

Dec 7th, 2011 ~ Discussion of the City of Tamarinaqea over British Columbia Representing the Higher Cleansing Ray with Archangel Ramiel

Overview:

Last week we had our first visit to the City of Tamarinaqea over British Columbia.  This city represents Resurrection and Rebirth for the 8th Ray of Seafoam Green.  It represented rebirth and aligning ourselves with our Highest Essence which helps to remove the old issues within the cellular memory that need to be released in order to receive the higher frequencies.

Current State of Affairs:

We are in a state of continued processing as 11-11-11 truly has shifted us greatly.  We need the assistance of the vibrational work in order for us to fully embrace our new Divinity.

Moving Forward:

Tonight we will be traveling back to the City of Tamarinaqea over British Columbia, Canada.  This is known as the City of Resurrection and Recreation.  It is represented by the color of Sea-Foam Green of the 8th Ray of Higher Cleansing of the subconscious mind.  Lady Isis is the overlighting Master with Archangel Ramiel, Representing Hope and Clarity.

We will be working with Archangel Ramiel this evening more fully than Isis although she will be very present in our journey.  Ramiel is the Angel of Hope, and he is credited with two tasks: he is responsible for divine visions, and he guides the souls of the faithful into Heaven.    Considered “Mercy of God”, Lord of Souls awaiting resurrection.

Recap of the Attributes of the 8th Ray of Higher Cleansing

Color:  Seafoam Green

Aspect: This is a higher cleansing ray that full assists the cellular levels.  It helps to raise one to a higher vibrational level and frequency.  It integrates with the 8th chakra representing the Seat of the Soul.  The Seat of the Soul is located between the Heart and Throat chakras, commonly known as the Thymus Chakra.  This chakra allows the integration of the higher self between the Soul Star and Earth Star to occur.  This is where spiritual wisdom will be fully integrated and allows the infusion of the DNA activation on a grander scale which creates higher level consciousness.

Virtues:  The ability to fully access all three minds as the subconscious starts to become very clear thereby, the conscious mind takes clear direction.  Resurrection occurs in this state of cleansing the subconscious as the information is then directly being integrated from the Super Conscious or Higher Self.

Virtues to be Acquired:  The ability to access the Higher Self especially during the resurrection phase; allowing the subconscious to release all the programming and elements that do not fit the full extension

As I travel deeply within my own confines of my mind,

I truly ask for assistance to fully purge all areas that do not fit my Highest Good;

I am learning about the Golden Cities of Light;

I am now ready to embark upon the 4th dimensional chakra grid which represents the higher chakras,

I ask my Higher Self for assistance.

I am guided onto the next phase of my journey,

It takes me to the City of Tamarinaqea  over  British Columbia;

It represents restructuring your subconscious onto the Higher Mind.

I am excited and am greeted by Lady Isis and Archangel Ramiel,

They show me the Temple of Recreation with its beautiful reflection of many colors of light,

I see Violet, Green, and Blue all mixed in a luminosity of what is shown to me as Sea-Foam Green;

I feel this essence permeating my thoughts and see in front of me my Higher Self reflecting back onto me;

He or She says to me:  It is now time for each of us to be one,

Let’s enter the Temple of Recreation together as we shall clear, remove and regenerate our physical being.

I AM READY and I walk with my Higher Self onto my new Awakening,

I now see Hope and Clarity within me;

Beginning Meditation:

Let’s connect with the Ray of the Sea Foam Green.   First we will do a little bit of a cleansing meditation before we connect with Lord Adama and go to the City of Tamarinaqea.  Feel that Sea Foam Green coming into your Being.

Let’s activate it first on the Third Dimensional Chakras – feel it coming down into your Crown.  We’re going to do it just like the Axiatonal alignment, feel this beam of Sea Foam Green permeating into your Chakras, breathing into the Crown.  Allow the Sea Foam Green to remove all elements in each of the chakras that you may have been holding onto.   Blend the ray into the Third Eye, opening your visions and your perceptions of the other worlds.  It swirls down into your Throat which is your verbal communication.  Moving down into your Heart, opening up your Heart center in Balance of the Male and the Female, the Yin and Yang.  Moving down into the Solar Plexus, of your Empowerment.  Moving it down into the Sacral, the creativity.  Then moving it down into the Root, of your grounding.  Let’s move it down our limbs, into the Earth Star – allow it to permeate every part of your physical body.  We want it to go into the muscles, the tendons, the bone structure, the veins, all the systems of the body – the glandular, the circulatory, all the glandular systems, all the inner workings between each of the organs, the blood stream, your breath, your fluid levels – all aspects within your body – the spinal column.  Let it go into the cellular memory.  We just prepared you for the journey to the beautiful city of resurrection and regeneration.

Now it moves into your Etheric level.  Spinning from  your feet, at your Earth star, upwards to the right going up towards your Soul Star and then down, around – removing all debris in the Etheric level.  We don’t want any blockages allowing any elements to come into us before this process of going to this beautiful city.

We then move into the Emotional level, so we’re going to go out six more inches from the Etheric body at your feet.  Spin that up around you in your Emotional body – allow all cleansing to occur – meeting up at the Soul star and coming back down around the left into your Earth star.

Take another deep breath and go six more inches out into your Mental Body.  Allow the Mental body to be fully clear of any debris, any thought forms that don’t serve your highest purpose in this moment.  As it comes up to your Soul Star and then back down around the left side of you into your Earth star ~ Feeling all those Frequencies.

Feel your Essence being intertwined with the Sea Foam Green luminosity – luminosity of Violet, Blue, and Green altogether with inflections of Crystalline Light.  So now this is where we’re going to stop because we will do the rest of it in the Temple.  They want everyone to just clear out the seven basic Chakras.  So we’re going to take it another step.  We’re going to bring in the Rays for each of those Chakras.  Breathe deeply.

We’ll start with the Root, bringing in a Crystalline Light of Harmony and Balance into your Root area.

Ceremonial Magic of Deep Purple into your Sacral or Polarity Chakra – spinning around.

The Ruby Red in the Solar Plexus of your Devotion.

The Deep Pink into your Heart, for manifestations and actualizations.  This is where you creatively create everything, in your Heart area.

Moving into the Throat, of your Will and Power, of the Deep Blue.

Moving into the Third Eye, Scientific Knowledge of White Light mixed with some Green Gold.

Moving into the Crown, of Love and Wisdom, of Golden Yellow.

Now let all those colors intertwine within one another as you breathe deeply.

Tonight we’re not going to Telos first, we’re just going to have Adama come in for a few moments.  He will guide us to the City and then we’ll be met by Lady Isis; next week we’ll work with Archangel Ramiel in which we will have more information of what he represents to each of us.  We’ll probably find that in these Higher Cities, the Higher Rays, that the classes will not be so involved with so many specifics because, working with the Higher Rays, we’re working with Frequencies.  We’ll give some Virtues and understandings, just to assist in the process but we must remember that this is a Frequency that we are working with now as we’re moving from the Third Dimensional Body.  Just take a deep breath and relax a little bit while we bring in Lord Adama.

Greetings ~  Greetings – this is Lord Adama speaking.  It is a pleasure to be here with each of you again for the New Earth Circle of Light call.  I truly do enjoy these connections that each of us are participating in as it is making us closer in so many ways.  We are now moving into the Higher Frequencies, it does not mean that you cannot go to the other cities.  Again, if you need  some assistance from Christine, please ask for her help.

We are  now working with Sea Foam Green, we’re working with the Essence of the Higher Cleansing Ray – that is a very important aspect as you move from the Third Dimensional Body into the Fourth Dimensional body, actualizing that subconscious mind so it can fully formulate within your Higher Self.  A lot of times, people do not clear the subconscious enough, so when they are meditating or those that are even channeling, are getting filtering from  the subconscious mind.  This is when there is a lack of clarity when someone is doing a reading, giving a message, or just actually intuiting for themselves.  So it’s very important that we utilize this Ray as much as possible.  As you go through elements, it is also important to utilize this Ray – we use it in Telos consistently.  It’s a very important aspect – it does not mean that once you get to a certain point that your subconscious cannot pick up other things – it can.  It depends on your circumstances, your environmental conditions, and your Frequency that you are completely inhabiting completely around you.  So that can be a very challenging aspect to continually integrate.  Once you get through this process and activate your Seat  of our Soul more fully and allow the Higher Self to be within your body on a more active basis – then it’s easier.  The process becomes much, much easier but it is still important  because you are still living in the Third Dimensional Frequencies – you are living on the Earth Plane which is Third or Forth Dimension wherever you are, so it is very challenging at times to continually receive the messages that you need, when you don’t have a clear channel within yourself.  So what we’re going  to assist you with tonight is the opening up of that Subconscious mind so it will come into the Consciousness and you will be more actively associated with your Higher Self of that Super-Conscious mind – because it is a Frequency.  It is part of the Mental Level but it is also part of the Frequency of allowing your Highest Essence to be fully incorporated within your Physical Body as the Seat of the Soul within your Thymus.

I ask everyone now – we’re going to prepare everyone, we’re connecting with the Unified Whole more on these calls, so we’re going to ask Christine to call upon them.  000-144-000 Unified Whole Command online.  We’re just going to put everything into Wholeness, that’s all we’re doing – making sure that whatever you’re going through in this process this evening and everything is put into the various aspects that are very, very important.

Take a deep breath.  Feel that Axiatonal Alignment that we’re worked on previously with Christine, activating your meridians and creating your Merkabah vehicle.  Feel it spinning in a clockwise direction.  We’re all going to meet on the Etheric Plane of Earth.  Let’s center ourselves over Mt.  Shasta, on the western coast of the United States of America- just intuit yourself to be there.  Now we’re going to come together as one group vehicle traveling together.  Feel ourselves all locking in within one another.  Now our Frequencies are going to shift in a clockwise manner as we go up northwards, over British Columbia in Canada.  We find ourselves circling across this area – we’re in the Etheric level, take a deep breath.  Then we’re going to come down into the Etheric City of Tamarinaqea.

Breathing deeply – deeply  - deeply.

We find ourselves landing in this beautiful city.  Let us all now separate.

You will see the ocean to the left side of where we have landed.  Look at the Sea Foam Green.  Look at the Blue Green Essence.  You’ll see dolphins and whales.  Hear their voices.  Hear their Frequencies.  As we are inland, there are some mountains but the mountains are more in the distance.  This city is very vast and wide.  Within the mountains, there are forests.  This city has a little bit of everything – it has the ocean, it has the forest, it has mountains.  It also has some lakes; in the middle of this city, you’ll see this hue of Frequency.  You’re not going to see people milling around because the city is not actively created.  The higher cities are still under construction, but the Essence and the mist of the Sea Foam Green is everywhere around you.

As we walk within the city limits, we’re going to see some trees – actually more like a wooded area, not quite a forest and there’s a pathway that’s going to take us into the inner city part.  Everything is very rich here.  The soil is rich.  Prosperity is rich.  Everything is abundantly created.  As you feel the cleansing process occurring within your Being.  We walk into the middle of the city.  The city is constructed very much like Egypt- there are pyramids in various places.  So the land is very flat in the middle of the city and then it moves into a hillside; then it moves into a mountainous area and the ocean is represented by this city.  The ocean almost goes completely around this city but not quite.

The circumference of the Frequencies is to just breathe in the Sea Foam Green.  Just feel that Essence, of a Blue-ish Green with some Violet next and White Light.  Now we see the main Temple.  It is vibrating with a Golden hue.  Within that Golden hue is the Sea Foam Green.  There are crystalline structures of the Sea Foam Green intertwined with the Frequency.  So you’re going to see flashes of Violet, flashes of Blue, flashes of Green right within the structure.  It is up on a huge platform which is the main Temple- The Temple of Regeneration.  There is a large walkway in front of the pyramid that actually takes you over a small little stream.  The area is adorned with bricks, crystalline colors and lots of greenery – lots of growth here.  Lots of growth.

We now walk across the plank up towards the Temple.  We see Lady Isis is at the entrance awaiting our arrival.  It is my pleasure to escort you to these cities as Lord Adama.  I also have brought with me some Telosians, as we are traveling to these cities also.  I want to mention that it is a very distinct pleasure to have Christine be able to do this work.  I just want to explain first, before we meet up with Lady Isis, that she, in her pathway – and she does not know this consciously although the memory is coming to her now, since for 10 years we have been working together – she has been coming to Telos and learning about these cities and this is why she is able to intuit these Frequencies and to help everyone else to understand.  I just wanted to make that clear, mainly for herself so that she starts to understand the information that she is bringing forth.  So I thank you for being part of this journey with each of us, as you are learning more about these cities.  Each of you is already intuiting the Frequencies.  If you have been spending any time in Telos in the last year or in previous years, you also are intuiting these Frequencies.  It’s not just about her, she is just the messenger to bring it forth.  Each of you has a role in this.  Thank you for allowing me to speak and to be with each of you in this moment.  I will return to guide you back.  Blessings.

Greetings, Greetings.  This is Lady Isis.  It is my pleasure to be here and to introduce you to my city.  I am very, very grateful and I’m really excited, because Christine and I have been working very diligently with each other so, this is almost like home to us.

Please, please do enter.  As you walk through the entrance here, you will see that the Frequency within the Temple is quite different then any others that you probably have visited or have perceived within you, the Golden hue that you’re feeling is actually the Frequency of the Golden Ray that is within each brick within each piece of material interlaid within the Temple.  It’s very important that we help you to understand that yes, this is a Temple of Regeneration.  Why is it a Temple of Regeneration?  It’s a Temple of Regeneration because of the Golden Hues which represent the Christ Consciousness and the Golden Flame of the 12th Ray.  The 12th Ray is also a transmuting and a regeneration, so that’s very much a part of these Frequencies also.  So please do come in.

As we walk into the entrance way, the foyer way – you will see many pictures of deities, goddesses, gods – all along the walls of the Temple.  We’re going to walk to our left in a circular fashion, because we’re going to go to the Inner Core as it is almost like a labyrinth.  We walk in and you should feel the Frequencies change as you move through each phase of the pyramid.  Take a deep breath and allow yourself to just feel your Essences as your Thymus area should be opening up more fully.  We’re going to be assisting you to allow the Essences to be fully incorporated of what you should fully feel within yourself.  As we walk further around, we’re now coming more to the Inner Core and you will see that there are steps for us to go down further.  We’re definitely going down into the Inner Core Sanctum of the Temple.  As we do, we feel a coldness as we’re going down underground – you’re going to  feel a different Essence then when you first arrived.  Then, when we get to the bottom, you will see that there are seats for everyone to sit.

In the middle of the area you will see a flame; this flame represents the flame of Resurrection.  So you will see the colors of the Sea Foam Green inter-mixed with the Gold.  Feel those Frequencies occurring as you find your place around the altar.  On the outside of the altar, you will see Frequencies of Green Crystalline structures.  All around, different types of crystals and gemstones are inlaid within the altar itself.  Take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel the powerful cleansing that is occurring here.  You’re not in an enclosed area because as you look up above, you will see the point of the pyramid of the Temple.  As you look up higher, it is reflected with the Light coming in from outside.

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to just expand in this moment.  We’re going to now turn a dial and when the dial – the flame of the Sea Foam Green is going to come towards you in a very spiraling and slow fashion.  Feel that coming within you now, as it spirals into your Thymus area, between your Heart and your Throat.  What we’re doing now is we are activating the Thymus gland and this 8th Chakra – for the activation of your Higher Self to be fully within you.  For this moment, I want you to go into your Physical mind.  I want you to think about your life.  I want you to think about any areas within your life that are difficult for you to deal with.  We want to fully go into that Subconscious.  As we’re floating in this Frequency of the Sea Foam Green, we move into the Sub-conscious mind and allow yourself to just have a little talk with the Sub-conscious in this moment.  What is it that does not fully reflect in your Conscious mind?

I’m going to ask Christine to give us some crystalline energies.

Bring all those thoughts to the surface – the thoughts you’ve been trying to work with.  Or if there’s any additions that you have, no matter how small or how large they are, they can serve your life in a completely different manner then you want them to.

You will see in front of you are my assistants.  They are around the room and they’re going to hand you a goblet.  The goblet is Golden but inside the goblet is the Sea Foam Green – you’re going to take a sip of the goblet and as you take a sip from the goblet, this Light Frequency is going to go into your Thymus; it’s going to act  upon your Subconscious mind.  Allow all those impurities to go into your Thymus gland – all those controlling thoughts we can sometimes have within ourselves that are working with the Consciousness – pour all that in there.  Now there’s another goblet.  Take a sip from that goblet and that’s the Golden Flame.  The Golden Flame is going to go into that area with the Sea Foam Green and fully transmute it and pull it out of your Thymus.  The Thymus is an active agent to purify these thoughts because it’s representative of the Seat of your Soul – it’s not of your Physical  Body, but your Soul’s Essence.  So we’re moving  the Subconscious energies unto the Thymus to be purified and cleansed.  Feel that happening now.  Feel that Frequency.  Wholly cleansing all elements within your Subconscious.

Now the Thymus gland is fully open with the Sea Foam Green and the Golden Light .  We’re now going into it within you the activation to fully embrace your Highest Essence in all moments of your life.  Allow your Higher Self now to stand before you.  See him or her as he/she is the reflection of your highest hopes – what does he or she look like? Allow yourself to fully bring that Frequency within you.  See the beauty that he or she has.  See the wisdom and the knowledge – reach out your hands unto their hands and feel their Essence fully.  Now deeply breathe and receive a message that is for you in this moment.

Your Higher Self does have a name and, if it is your choosing in this moment, to receive that Higher Self’s name, please ask him or her to give you their name.  It is your Higher Soul’s name.  Allow that to be intuited within you.  If you do not receive it or you choose not to, that is fine but the opportunity is there.

Now your Higher Self is ready to merge with you.  Say the words to yourself:   ”I am now ready to receive all that my Higher Self desires to share with me, which are all elements that I have held dear in all my lifetimes, in all my Frequencies of the Light”.

Breathe deeply and say “I Am that I Am that I AM.  I Am One with my Higher Self”.  If you have the name, then say the name to yourself.  Feel the Essence of your Higher Self now coming within you as he or she is being activated right within the Thymus.  Feel the Seat of your Soul and ask that the vibration of your Higher Self be fully within your body all the way down to your Earth Star and all the way up to your Soul Star.  Feel the Frequency of your Highest Essence.  Now your thoughts and your Sub-conscious will be the commanding effort from your Super-Conscious as you now blend these Frequencies into the one.

Feel this Essence occurring for you as you continually breathe in the Sea Foam Green through your entire structure.  Feel yourself permeating with the cleansing and the purity that you are.  Breathe deeply as now you are restructuring your Subconscious on to your Higher Mind.  You are resurrecting all the old thoughts.  You are allowing yourself to be in your Highest Presence as now you are One.  Now the recreation can fully assist as you have cleared and removed and now are regenerating unto your physical Being.

Say these words “I Am Ready and I walk with my Higher Self unto my new awakening.  I see Hope  and Clarity within me”.  Feel the Frequency – we just want you to feel this Frequency.  Next week when we return, you will work with Ramiel to find that Hope and Clarity.

I AM that I AM.  Feel that running through you  – feel the effects circling within you.  As now you ARE your Higher Self – You ARE the Oneness within your Being.

Let us all now stand.  Move towards the altar as you give your blessing which will be many blessings upon blessings – it will help others to come into this Temple to regenerate their Beings.  Around the outside of the altar, at the flame, there is the Sea Foam Green imbued in the water with crystalline light.  I want you to touch your hands into the water and put it to your forehead, and your Thymus area and your Heart, so that you combine your Higher Self – the Subconscious and the Super-Conscious and your Heart Essence of what you desire – focusing within the Thymus.  This is the activation of regeneration.  Breathing deeply.

I ask each of you now to sit back down as I want to say a few words.  It is my deep honor and pleasure to be here with each of you in this moment, to assist you in this process of regenerating yourselves unto your Physical bodies.  This is not an easy task – we know this.  This has never been done in the physical body but each of you have the power to do so – you would not be listening, you would not be here, you would not be accepting your pathway, you would be like some others that are not ready to do the work – but you truly are.

You are the Leaders.  You are the Way Showers.  You are the Pioneers and it is my Divine pleasure to assist you in this manner.  Each of you has the power within you to create your lives as you choose to do so.  You have the ability to tap into your wisdom which represents the gifts of many lifetimes.  Not just of this Earth but of all places.  It is now your time to regenerate this unto yourself and I ask each of you to fully allow this to be because it will make your life easier – full of abundance and prosperity and most of all, full of love.  So I say unto each of you -express this within you in this moment and then you shall be able to express it unto others.  It is the ability to manifest, the ability to move elements in many different places in many different times.  You have the magic touch – all you have to do is intuit it within you.  Breathe deeply.  As we bring unto you from the Unified Whole the Essences that have been lost within you.  Allow them to expand within your physical body however they need to be.  Embrace this moment of change.  You are being regenerated.  Don’t think about what is occurring.  Don’t worry about how to get there.  Just allow yourself to walk through the process and it shall be.

The magic of life is within you.  Allow yourself to embrace your Highest Essence now.  Embrace it fully – in all your bodies, in all your minds as they become the One of the Totality that you are.  Breathing deeply and express this unto yourself.

Let us now arise.  We always bow to the Flame, as it represents the God Essence within us.  Take your bow and say your prayer or blessing as it will be returned back to you.

We now walk in a clockwise manner.  We walk up the staircase taking us up to the next level.  As now we move upwards, feel that – continue to feel the Sea Foam Green through your Being.  When we arrive to the top of the steps and we move to our left, we turn out of the Temple- out of the inner core.  Moving to the outer core, walking around slowly, very slowly.  As we now move around to the other side and you feel the Frequencies change within you.  Feel yourself fully being regenerated in your physical Essence.  I stand in front of you as a mother, a nurturer, and a Goddess.  I say to each of the women that are part of this call – Call upon me to assist you in this process.  I say to each of the men – call upon Osiris, as he will assist you also.  As we now come into Beingness together, this is a beautiful state, this is a beautiful city.  We know that it’s not really finished, or even begun for construction – except for this Temple.  And we are happy that you have joined us here, and we look forward to having you return next week to work with Archangel Ramiel.  I embrace you and I love you dearly – each of you in these moments and always, forever more.

Greetings, this is Lord Adama.  What a beautiful ceremony.  Let us walk down the steps out to the plank across the body of water and down into the town.  Let us just sit around this structure in the middle, it is a fountain of water, with the Sea Foam Green and Golden Flame in there.  There is a seat or bench, let us all just sit here together and take a moment of reflection.  What  you experienced in this city is like none other.  It’s going to assist you deeply for the process of your integration of your Light Body.  There are no steps that you can jump and this group is truly a journey through the Rays and through the Chakras so that you can fully intuit them and come to each of the cities.

Feel your Essence.   How does it fit here? Is this a place that you think that you would like to work, to be part of with others? This is what you have to think about.  OR is it just a place you want to regenerate yourself when the need comes? I say look beyond the horizon, there are many aspects that are beautiful here, with rolling hills, mountains, lakes and the sea.  Feel and hear the dolphins, singing in their glee of what you have just created.  It is my pleasure to be your guide.  Let us arise and let us gather together up into the hills a bit.  I stand with you as we connect unto each other and leave this city of Tamarinaqea, the City of Beauty, the City of Hope, the City of Clarity and the City of Magic- creating magic as you have now become One with your Higher Self.  Continue this process as it can take a while.  Love and Blessings.

Nov 30th, 2011 ~ Discussion of the Golden City of Light ~ Tamarinaqea over British Columbia, Cananda

Overview:

The last couple of weeks we have been working with Gratitude in Telos and the overview of the first seven cities.  Within that time we experienced the 11-11-11 frequencies onto the Earth which have shifted each of us in different ways.  We are learning that we need to take care of our physical vehicles by accessing our cellular memories fully so that all elements can be released and new ones embraced preparing us for our destinies as our Higher Self’s are now in full charge of the creation of our lives.

Current State of Affairs:

So now that we are being transformed, many are having a difficult time in areas that they thought would already by healed.  It is a big process activating our light bodies within the physical and this is a feat that none of us have done previously.  We are now moving into the Higher Rays accessing the Higher Golden Cities which will help us to understand how to incorporate the Rays and allow the frequencies to be our guidepost from this point forward.  Each of these cities is being presented as a indicator or what can be.  The first seven cities represented the first seven Rays of God and it is easier to access these physically as our souls are aligned with them.  The next levels will be quite different so it may be a bit challenging to interpret them.  All that is asked of us during this process is to fully be in our Highest Presence as this is our new state of conditioning upo

Moving Forward:

Tonight we will be traveling to the City of Tamarinaqea over British Columbia, Canada.  This is known as the City of Resurrection and Recreation.  It is represented by the color of Sea-Foam Green of the 8th Ray of Higher Cleansing of the subconscious mind.  Lady Isis is the overlighting Master with Archangel Ramiel, Representing Hope and Clarity.

Lady Isis is considered the representative of the Feminine Divine as her life was as protector and nurturer.  She was friend to many souls; slaves, sinners and the downtrodden as she listened to the prayers of the wealthy, maidens, and high rulers of the land.

At some time Isis and Hathor had the same headdress. In later myths about Isis, she had a brother, Osiris, who became her husband, and she then was said to have conceived Horus.  Isis was instrumental in the resurrection of Osiris when he was murdered by Set.  Her magical skills restored his body to life after she gathered the body parts that had been strewn about the earth by Set.[2]  This myth became very important in later Egyptian religious beliefs.

Isis is also known as protector of the dead and Goddess of children from whom all beginnings arose. In later times, the ancient Egyptians believed that the Nile River flooded every year because of her tears of sorrow for her dead husband, Osiris.  This occurrence of his death and rebirth was relived each year through rituals.  The worship of Isis eventually spread throughout the Greco-Roman world, continuing until the suppression of paganism in the Christian era.

The Higher Rays represent frequencies more than specific attributes but we will give a short overview of this Ray to get a better concept in how to access and utilize it for your highest purpose.

Attributes of the 8th Ray of Higher Cleansing

Color:  Sea Foam Green

Aspect: Good for cleansing the subconscious mind.  It helps to raise one to a higher vibrational level and frequency.  It integrates with the 8th chakra representing the Seat of the Soul.  The Seat of the Soul is located between the Heart and Throat chakras, commonly known as the Thymus Chakra.  This chakra allows the integration of the Higher Self between the Soul Star and Earth Star to occur.  This is where spiritual wisdom will be fully integrated and allows the infusion of the DNA activation on a grander scale which creates higher level consciousness.

Virtues:  The ability to fully access all three minds as the subconscious starts to become very clear thereby, the conscious mind takes clear direction.  Resurrection occurs in this state of cleansing the subconscious as the information is then directly being integrated from the Super Conscious or Higher Self.

Virtues to be Acquired:  The ability to access the Higher Self especially during the resurrection phase; allowing the subconscious to release all the programming and elements that do not fit the full extension

We will work with Archangel Ramiel next week as he represents the Angel of Hope & Clarity.

Decree:  The City of Resurrection and Recreation

As I travel deeply within my own confines of my mind,

I truly ask for assistance to fully purge all areas that do not fit my Highest Good;

I am learning about the Golden Cities of Light;

I am now ready to embark upon the 4th dimensional chakra grid which represents the higher chakras,

I ask my Higher Self for assistance.

I am guided onto the next phase of my journey,

It takes me to the City of Tamarinaqea over British Columbia;

It represents restructuring your subconscious onto the Higher Mind.

I am excited and am greeted by Lady Isis and Archangel Ramiel,

They show me the Temple of Recreation with its beautiful reflection of many colors of light,

I see violet, green, blue all mixed in a luminosity of what is shown to me as Sea Foam Green

I feel this essence permeating my thoughts and see in front of me my Higher Self reflecting back onto me;

Let’s enter the Temple of Recreation together as we shall clear, remove and regenerate our physical being;”

I now see Hope and Clarity within me.

I come to you as Lord Buddha.

In this moment I want to bless each of you for the work that you are doing, for the walk that you are on and for the Frequency of Light that you are bringing forth into your bodies.   As you are assisting the masses, you are assisting yourselves, and you are assisting all aspects of your Beingness.   I say to you, as the Planetary Logos, it is my deepest desire to have every one of you blessed more fully during this season of Thanksgiving that comes from the United States, but we bless it through the entire Frequency of the world, of the Earth Essence, of Divine Gaia – that each of you, and each of us, fully bring forth those Elements of change that are necessary to create the pathways to be fully open in the acceptance of All That You Are.   It is my Divine Blessing upon you at this moment to send you the Frequency of your desires to be fully manifested.   so I’m asking Dearest One here to run her crystal bowl as each of you intuit to me what it is that you desire – your first and most highest impression upon your physical existence.

Breathing deeply, breathing deeply.   I give to each of you now the impression of your deepest desires, fully manifested within you in the Frequency of this spirit of Giving, of Thankfulness and of Giving.   Because truly this holiday is about the United States of America, but it incorporated other countries involved so we bring forth the Spirit of Oneness of this Frequency in this moment.   I say unto you, please do accept the Frequencies of Light that are fully within your Beingness to accept and allow the processing to occur, because within this processing of Elements you truly will aspire to the greatness that you are.

So we say unto you, to say in these moments in the Frequency that we are accepting the Divinity of aspirations deeply in your Ascension process.   Breathe deeply unto your Heart and allow yourself to expand in these Frequencies in the Light Formation.   This Light Formation is going to come to you in a Golden Platinum Flame to bring unto you the aspiration that is desired within yourself.   As the aspiration is desired within yourself, it cannot help but be a true manifestation.

Let us blend that down into the Root Chakra.   As we blend it into the Root Chakra, feel the grounding that occurs within that space – because this is truly where you can ground this essential component that is necessary for the state of Beingness of where you are.   Breathe deeply and allow that Frequency of the Golden and the Platinum to be fully within you.

As it now rises up to the rest of your Chakras -  moving into your Solar Plexus and your Heart and then all the way up to your Throat and your Crown.   As you fully infiltrate the Elements that are necessary in the Frequency of All That Is, you shall be able to grow deeply in the pathway that you are encountering.

It is my pleasure to embrace each of you with this Frequency in this moment because it is the Divine Blessing of each of us to fully have these Elements activated in all aspects.   We ask for all the aspects to come into place for these manifestations to occur for each of you, whatever it may be.   It may be in Love, it may be in generosity, it may be in acceptance, it may be something that you need for your physical existence, it may be just for you to receive the deepest love that you ever encountered as we express this unto you in this moment.   Breathe deeply within that.

It is my Divine pleasure to be here with you as Lord Buddha.   Let us now all take a deep breath and when we take a deep breath, we spin our Merkabah vehicles and I will travel with you as now we travel across the World up to Mount Shasta.   As we move into Mt.   Shasta, we go into the entranceway of the summit as this is how the ships come in.   We’re going to visualize ourselves floating deeply down through the entire structure of the Telosian City, into the Mountains, deep into the Core of the Essence of the Earth.   Feel that incorporating within you now as we move down into the landing space.   We are greeted by Lord Adama and many Telosians in the Team of Light.   It is Our Divine pleasure this evening to share with you great moments of gratitude.

Greetings, Greetings, this is Lord Adama speaking.   It is a pleasure to be here with each of you this evening to bring forth these Elements and Frequencies fully within your Beingness and for each of us to commune with one another and to share with one another.   Please follow me.

Tonight we’re going to stay more on this Level.   We’re not going to go into the elevator.   You see there’s a passage-way, please follow me through this passage-way.   It is brightly lit.   There aren’t many colors that filter through the passage-way and as we move through the passage-way we’re going to move into a very special area.   This area is part of the mountain of Mt.   Shasta, it’s not deep into the core of the Telosian City.   So please follow me as we see this pathway that goes through the forest.   You may see some animals grazing, you may feel the Essences of the Elementals and the Angels as everyone is very excited tonight.   As we follow this pathway, it now winds down to a beautiful lake.   It’s a crystalline lake – on the outside edge are the mountains.   We walk around the lake and we find our space.   There are many seats, and as we position ourselves at the lake, we see that there is a beautiful crystal arising out of the middle of the lake.   This crystal structure is very special to each of us; this is a place where we come for prayer, gratitude, and thankfulness.   The crystalline structure is many crystals intermeshed with one another.   It is part of the Earth’s process of Mt.  Shasta.   It is part of the energy of the majestic mountain Herself.  Feel Her Frequencies coming out as there are crystalline energies – there are many colors.   Violets – Blues – Golds – Sapphires and sparkling Frequencies as this crystalline structure is an amazing piece of Earths creation, of Gaia’s creation.   Take a deep breath.

I want each of you to transfer all of your prayers into this crystal, that have been said tonight, prayers about thankfulness as we heard prayers for each of us, we heard prayers for your family, for the Angels, for the beautiful Essence, for the Love – let’s put all those prayers, and bring forth these Frequencies into the crystal.   See the emanations of the beauty of this crystal.   This is the crystal ofMt.Shasta.   This is the crystal that some speak about from Atlantis.   This is the crystal of fully inter-connecting and communing with the Frequency of All That Is.   We want you to put your hands up and you will see the emanation of crystalline structures and the beautiful Elementals and all of the Frequency of this crystal coming towards you.   Feel it coming into the palms of your hands.   As you feel those Essences coming into the palms of your hands, there is nothing more pure than what you are feeling right now.

There are many prayers within this crystal from eons and eons, of thankfulness and gratefulness, and the acceptance of our Divinity unto each other.   At the top of the crystal, you may see Elementals dancing.   They’re dancing in joy for each of you coming together with us.

Let us all take a moment of silence and feel these Frequencies.

We now come to you from the Telosian Council.   We make up many Telosians that overlight the Frequencies of energies that come through Telos, as many come through here in their dreamtime and sleep time – teachers, channels, healers, all levels of Lightworkers.   As always, we invite each of you to join us for teachings and help to enlighten yourselves in your physical bodies so that we can all, one day, be together.   We would like to share with you our Essence of Gratefulness.   We are eternally grateful for each of you that are aspiring to work through these Frequencies in your physical bodies upon the Upper Earth.   We know that this is a huge challenge and continually creates a great transition.

It is within those Elements that we see each of you aspiring to a greater part of yourself and this continues as the teachings with the Frequencies and the processes that each of you are going through are all very much a big part of the inter-connecting Elements that are necessary for each of us.   We have watched each of you.   We watch many and we watch many that come to Mt.  Shasta.   We watch many that don’t come toMt.Shasta.   We watch many that totally are in the Frequency of Mt. Shasta as it is the attraction point.   It is the attraction point for these Frequencies to fully come within one’s Source of Beingness.   It is our great honor to speak in this circle this evening, because in this circle that makes up of each of you and what you bring unto the World, in your Essence, in your thought process, in the eyes, in your feeling and what you are sharing at all levels of continuance and light.   So it is our deepest pleasure this evening to connect with you more fully then we have previously.

Yes ~ We are a Council which make up many Beings – part of the Telosian City.   We are honored that Adama has invited us to be here this evening.   We are also honored that Christine Melereissee and Mike have fully opened up the energies to these Frequency tonight because this is a special occasion.   It is a special occasion as each of you are sitting around this fabulous crystalline structure which we  call our Prayer Structure, our Gratitude – where all elements of gratitude go into the structure but then they are returned back in a hundredfold.   So we say unto each of you in this moment – each of you are deserving to be here in this Frequency in this moment to have  a remembrance of your Lemurian lifetimes and also to have the reflection of the pathway that you need to be upon on the Upper Earth to assist in this process.

We’d like every one of you now to stand up.

As the structure of the crystal reaches out towards the edges of the water, you’ll be able to reach over and there’s a piece of crystal there for you.   The crystal may not be clear, it may be colored, it may be multi-colored, and whatever that element is that is what you need to have within your Frequency at this time.   Allow that Frequency of that crystal – touch it to your Heart, your Solar Plexus and your Thymus.   This is our gratitude to you for stepping upon this pathway so deeply because it is part of the Frequencies of Light, incorporating within your Being and to share with others.

As the 11:11:11 energies have occurred, each of you are now learning to embody the Feminine Divine more fully within you then you ever have before.   Through this process, there is great elimination that has been occurring but we say to each of you in this moment, express your Divinity as the eliminating energies are being fully removed, to help you to acquire your Souls Essence more deeply then you have in any other moment.   Feel that coming to you now in this expression of all that you are.   Allow it to enfold within you.   Feel the Essence that you are and the Frequency that you are as you bring forth these Elements within your Being.   This crystal holds many facets of your life; it will give you aspects that you desire deeply.   It will assist you in the healing that is necessary and it will fully accentuate your life’s’ purpose deeply.   Allow that now to be fully within you as it is our gift unto you as we now pass the energy back to Lord Adama.   In blessings from Telos.

This is Lord Adama again.   I hope you enjoy your gift from the Telosian Council.   I want to say to you, this is more than a gift – it is a connection to the Council.   Within this Frequency, you will allow yourself to fully receive specific instructions, from the Council, for your own life’s’ purpose.   It may be for what you are going through personally or professionally.   Allow yourself to bring in that Frequency.   If you find that you want to purchase one such crystal when it finds you though it is not necessary.

I ask of you, if you need assistance with this, please contact Christine and we will do a little session for everyone.   This is not known to her! So it is my own doing to bring forth each of these Frequencies unto each of you to help you become more aligned with our Frequencies here in Telos.   As we listen to each of your blessings and your prayers, we see one common theme – this group of people ~ In Oneness.   Each of you gathering together and coming into the expansiveness.   Of course, Christine is sharing the Frequency, Michael is sharing the knowledge but, in truth, each of you are bringing forth your own Essence unto the call because that’s what makes up our teachings.   So please know that whatever you are aspiring in this moment, we hear your call.   We hear your Divine Expression saying unto us –

Dearest Adama, this is what I need for myself, please help me to acquire it.   Please help me to realize my gifts, please help me to honor myself more deeply so I can honor others.   As you do this and you bring forth these Frequencies unto the expression that you are in this life path that you are creating, you will see that the extension of our worlds has not been so far away, that it is becoming closer and closer and closer.   It is my honor to bestow on you in these moments, these wishes of our desire, of our connection together.   

Let us now stand.   As we stand, you see many Beings around you.   you may see some of your Masters or your Angels but in truth many Telosians of all different ages, as they’re so very excited to connect with each of you in this way.   Yes, we do have to thank Christine because she is the one that has traveled here – far and deeply, within her Heart and her Physical Essence for this to be happening.   But some are chosen in this way.   Each of you is being chosen for another pathway.   It may be similar, but it may be different but all we know is each of you is inter-connected with this Frequency.

So, as Christine stands representing the Female Divine, her friend Mike has arrived to represent the Male Divine that comes to each of you through this Frequency.   We have to say thank you to Michael, because without his arrival this would not be occurring.   We have to say thank you to Christine for allowing it to be, and we have to say thank you to each of you for allowing now this – of the Female and the Male to be fully within you, so that you can share with others.   As each of you are the mirror for each of us, you will mirror out to others so that we can all mirror unto each other.   The seed must start somewhere and it’s started here.   We’re so very grateful to Christine that she stepped out into the unknown in the last couple of years.   She has found each of you and you have found her because she reached out and was ready to move out of the world that she was in for such a long time.   So we bless her deeply.   We bless Michael deeply.   We bless each of you – if I had your names in front of me, I know some of you but I don’t want to mention some of you without mention some of you without mentioning all of you, so I know you know that I know that you’re here every call, every moment to bring in these Frequencies.   Each of the Masters, with each of the Ray Chohans ~ each of the Angels and each of the Inter-Galactics -~ all of us on all the Spiritual Hierarchies everywhere, know you are aspiring to the Highest Frequency upon this Planet.   Embrace yourself.   Embrace the light that you have incorporated within you.   Embrace the frequency deeply because it is only going to assist humanity.   So our blessings unto each of you this evening – it is for you to accept it and within that acceptance, it shall flourish and flower everywhere you travel.

As we look above, the crystalline structure brings down a beam of light and this beam of light is filtering with all the colors of the rainbows.   It is a natural light, it comes from our Sun.   The Sun beams around the crystal and then it flashes out onto each of us as we fully now incorporate the complete Oneness of walking as the New Earth Hierarchy.   Some of you are still in deep training, some of you are in other types of training, but please know that we walk as One.  It is my deepest pleasure, my design in this moment to express nothing else to you but this Essence from my heart to each of your hearts.

In the Oneness That We Are, in the deepness of our Souls, in the Frequency of the Unified Whole, we now command that these Elements,  that we have spoken about and we have shared with and we have felt, shall be forever more in each of your Beings of Light and all aspects that have kept you apart from Wholeness and Oneness are now put together with the Frequency of the 144th Dimension.   Feel that Frequency coming from the Unified Whole – 000-144-000 – we allow these Frequencies to fully be within.   To be within everyone’s Being, to feel the Frequency, as we Are the crystal.   As we are the crystalline structure, as we blend with the crystalline structure – sparkling many different colors within our aura.   Allowing our days forward to be filled with this light, to always remember this light and this blessing that has been bestowed upon us and through us and to each other.

I am Lord Adama at your service, with the Telosian Council, Lord Buddha and all the Ray Chohans and the Team of Light that makes up many, many, many Beings of Light from all Levels and Frequencies.   We are One.

We now go back onto the pathway of the forest, with us, we have our crystal but  most of all, we have the deepness of our souls and our hearts as we are connected with one another – as we all are connecting as one Soul Family of Light.   We now walk through the forest and then we walk through the pathway that will take us back up to the landing pad.   As we look above, the Sky is lit, deeply.   The Frequency of the Stars and the Essence beaming down upon us as now we all blend into one Merkabah vehicle, moving up out of the Telosian Command Center.   We bid our Farewell to Lord Adama and thank Him immensely for this sweet journey we have taken.

We ascend upwards and then we split apart into our separate vehicles, and we go back to our location where our body is waiting to re-inhabit.   Feel the sparkles of light, feel the blessing that has been bestowed upon us this evening and other blessings.

Higher Cleansing Meditation via Lady Meleriessee

Everyone connects to their Higher Essence with intentions for the meditation.

We are bringing in the frequencies of the Sea-Foam Green of the 8th Ray into the Thymus Chakra.  Let us feel the Sea-Foam Green that comes from Lady Isis into our complete system. Take a deep breath.

Feel Lady Isis standing in front of us and with her breath and Essence, she intuits the Sea-Foam Green within us.  Please breathe into the Thymus area as it spins in a clock-wise manner.  Feel it going deeply into the Thymus and around the full-body structure.  It is going to blow into the Mental body and remove any debris, into the Emotional Body, into the Etheric Body, and the Physical Body.  Feel all four bodies blending together into the Oneness that We Are; feeling our Higher Selves fully within the Thymus.  Then it circulates through our chakra column from the Thymus spinning downwards through the Solar Plexus, the Sacral and the Root; then upwards to the Throat, the Third Eye and the Crown.  Feel it permeating into our physical structure, into the  bone structure, the bloodstream, the muscles, the tendons, all levels of creation within the physical body.  We want to go deeply into the Cellular level; visualize the frequency within our entire system of the inner workings of the organs and the Spinal Column, along with all the fluid levels within the body.  We ask for an internal cleansing with the Sea-Foam Green.  Feel it spinning downwards into our feet and allowing any debris to be released through the feet with the Golden Flame that we already put within the Earth Star that will transmute any lower energies.  If you find any disruption in the higher part of your body, utilize the Golden Flame to also remove any unwanted energies through your Crown Chakra through our Soul Star and Earth Star.  Feel the spinning of those frequencies together.

I now want you to center upon your Thymus as it is spinning very deeply.  We ask for the full integration of our Higher Self.  If he/she does not feel like they are in your physical body, feel them slipping through your Antakarana Bridge into your Soul Star as they are now slowly slipping into the chakra system feeling the center of your Soul within your Thymus area.  Then the rest of their energies move down your lower chakras into the feet.  We now ask the activation of our Higher Self to fully feel the Soul’s Essence completely within the full body system.  Feel that activation occurring now.  Let’s all take a deep breath.

We now activate the Merkabah through the meridians as it is now activated.  It spins in a clock-wise manner.  We are now going to arise out of the space we are in and feel ourselves spinning in a clock-wise manner, breathing deeply through the spinning, fully activating your Soul’s Essence through the Thymus allowing the Mental body and Emotional body to be fully relaxed and merged as a Body of Light.  Let us all meet on the Etheric level on the Earthplane as we move as one group vehicle ontoMt.Shasta.  This evening we are going to gather together as one group down through the mountain as we have before with Adama.  We will travel down through the central space where all the ships arrive.  We find ourselves in this area and we see Adama waiting for us.  We all split apart into our separate lightbodies.  Take a deep breath.  Lord Adama will now facilitate the energies.

Greetings, my fellow travelers.  Thank you so much for joining us this evening.  Please follow me.  In front of you is the elevator as we step into it.  This evening we will travel to the ground floor into a special space where the gardens are located.  Let us all gather together.  I am excited to see everyone as this is going to be a very special night.

I want to thank each of you for participating in your own way for the 11:11:11 frequencies that occurred.  I know that every one of you has been affected greatly and we are here to assist you in this process.  Please follow me.  The doorway of the elevator opens as we walk out into the gardens and we see elementals, angels, and  the frequency of the earth energy so deeply, with the waterfall in the distance, as continue walking.  There are children, animals and intuit whatever the frequency feels like for each of you in this moment.  It is your Telosian Adventure.

We are now going to walk through the forest as we see that the sun is lit through some areas and other areas it is darker.  I want everyone to stop and feel a sense of the trees that are here.  The expansion of the roots of the roots represent the expansion of each of you and what you have been going through for eons of times through lifetimes and lifetimes.  Take a moment and walk up to a tree as you give it a big hug.  Take a deep breath as you do so.  This tree is emanating a special energy for each of you to feel more balance within your bodies.  Let us now continue walking as we continue through the forest there is a silence of purity that runs through the forest.  As we walk we are on a stone pathway that is very grassy in the forest, wildflowers, and all different types of shrubbery and trees.  There are many elements so connect with those energies which will truly assist you with your processing that each of you are going through.  Then as we continue we see we are coming to another area that is more lit as the sun is shining brightly.  It is opening up into a beautiful field of flowers.  In the distance is a beautiful healing temple.  Let us walk towards the temple as it will assist you in actualizing the frequencies that you have been trying to bring forth but you are not quite in the space to accept it physically.

The Temple gleams with Golden Crystalline light which is a mixture of all of the rays but is really represents the Cosmic frequencies.  There are crystals hanging from different points of the temple and there are many different steeples in the temple.  It is round ion the middle and point towards the outside.  There are crystalline structures around the outside of the temple on the ground.  I want you to bend over to pick up a crystal especially for you.  There are many different types of crystals here so visualize the crystal that is waiting for you in this moment.  Please join me as we now walk across a drawbridge.  There is a body of water that runs around the outside of the temple.  As we get to the other side of the drawbridge, we walk into the Healing Temple.  This is an Ascension Healing Temple which houses the Atomic Accelerator (those of you that know about the accelerator which is one of the Ascension Seats).

As we walk into the Temple, you are going to see that many of the Masters are here this evening, with the angels and archangels, Elohim masters but in particular, the Telosian Council is with us this evening.  It is with their distinct pleasure to assist each of You.  Please come into the middle of the Temple.  The main room has a crystalline structure with a waterfall that trickles down with many crystals on it.  It is illuminated with crystalline and golden lights with colors and no-colors. All frequencies are in this area.  Please take a walk around the altar, and share a special prayer for yourself only.  This is about your integration.

Take a deep breath as there is a special activation occurring within the altar of the crystalline energies, and allow yourself to imbue that quality that you just put forth.  Please follow me as we walk in a clock-wise manner around the altar to the other side.  There is a special room we will be entering.  It is lit with crystalline panes, there is a skylight above so the sun is beaming down into the room, and there is a special lounge chair for each of you.  I will stand in the middle along with some others that will join me.  I will talk for a few moments and then we will work through these elements that you have been having a challenging time with since the activations of the 11:11:11.  Please settle yourself down and notice what your chair looks like ~ colors, the pillows, material of the lounge, whatever it is ~ it is especially made for you.  I ask each of you to sit back and breathe deeply by allowing the essence of this room to completely come within you.  The sun represents the crystalline energies which are an aspect of 11:11:11; it also represents the Golden Flame.  You will see on the outside behind the lounge chairs many Golden Flames burning in different point in the room along with ascension columns that will incorporate more frequency for each of you.  I ask each of you to take a deep breath and embrace these elements that are occurring in this moment, in this space which will fully assist you in the processes that you are experiencing.

We have come to very pivotal point in time and that is so representative of what each of you are experiencing.  First of all, I want to say thank you for being here for stepping onto this path for allowing these frequencies to be within your Being.  We know it is very challenging for each of you and us.  We never experienced anything like this before and within that we have no precedence to follow ~ how it should be done, how you should be feeling, how to process it ~ except the fact that we are all here together.  Here, in Telos, we are feeling it also.  We may be living in a 5th dimensional level of frequency and we may have been here for hundreds of years along with our age value being much younger, but within that energy we have never experienced the frequency that is now coming onto the Earth.  We do feel it on the Inner Earth and more so since the experiences of 11:11:11 and each of you intuiting it.  As you bring it forth onto Gaia, it cannot help be part of our frequencies.  Each of us did our own ceremonies also.

I say to you now, “Please know that you are not alone on this pathway.”  Please know that you are bringing forth the energies within yourself more deeply than you ever have and it is a time of acceleration to completion of a stage, of a level, that is allowing you to experience life in a different way than you ever have before.”  I say onto you that You are Brave and You Are Courageous for stepping onto the unknown, for allowing your Higher Selves to be your guide for these elements to be fully accumulated and actualized within your Physical existence.  And the physical bodies have been going through many trials to prepare for these elements.  You must understand that the acceleration that is occurring is very swift and it can be very challenging to the Physical, the Emotional and the Mental bodies.  The Etheric body is being cleared by much debris through all levels of experience that you have endured from lifetime to lifetime.  So it is within these aspects that are very challenging to one’s frequency because as you receive this frequency, you are unsure how to handle it ~ Is it too much ~ Is it too little ~ What do you do with the body ~ How do you assist yourself in all areas of accessibility?

As you shared your aspects this evening in which you may be having a hard time, there is one main theme in each individual’s thoughts.  That is within the emotional level and having trust issues along with the uncertainty of how to get to the next phase.  You want to believe in everything but the body is so conditioned that it is very challenging not to be able to bring forth those elements within the physical.  I say to you as we have said before, “The lower mind, the lower heart gets in the way.”  The only way we can assist you through these processes is for you to surrender onto yourself, and I know you have heard those words through Christine before.  Please know that she also is being affected as she is incorporating the Feminine Divine through each of the Lady Masters.  This is a new pathway for her and is very huge to have each separate essence to come through your body to assist you in your pathway.  She is being effected physically, somewhat emotionally but not as much due to the balance within her emotional level.  I want to give some information to each of the men and women to what they may be experiencing in different ways.

When you are in your Mental thoughts, it is very important to work through those elements to let go of your lower mind.  For many of you this is exactly what you are going through.  With the acceleration that is happening, it can be very challenging because it is quick and it is fast.  It is actually light-speed that you are feeling.  Then all of a sudden the body is on the 3rd dimensional Earthplane level and then it is like a rocket ship that has crashed.  So when the crashing occurs your body is being affected, along with your mental thoughts; if you don’t allow yourself to utilize your tools deeply, then those mental aspects are going to accumulate and being more stimulated by the energies that are happening to you.

The Emotional level needs to clear and within the clearing process it is very important for you to realize what exactly is occurring.  At times, we do not realize what is happening within these different aspects if you are not fully integrated.  We have used these words before.  Acceleration is light-speed of frequency and if the vehicle that is receiving that acceleration, is not ready to accept it, then there will be a crash.  So what happens then ~ lack of sleep, too much sleep, appetite changes, energies changes, shifting within the body and not knowing the specific elements of this acceleration, it can be very difficult for one to assimilate everything that is occurring.

This is what you are all experiencing.  Each of you are on different levels of your initiation process but it does not mean that one is worse or greater than the other.  You are all accepting the Divinity that is necessary.  Each of you are bringing forth gifts and tools in your life that are here to assist others especially ones that have been locked away for eons of time and it is like “Pandora’s Box” is now going to be awakened.  As this is occurring, it can be very debilitating to the body as you are not used to it.  I used Christine as an example before and again, because on this path as long as she has, her body is much more accustomed to receiving these accelerations due to the ascension work she has done in the last 15 years.   The work that she has brought forth through Dr. Joshua David Stone is probably the most powerful tool onto this planet, but now there is MORE because of these acceleration movements as well as what 11:11:11 means to each of us.  So for her, I say that she has prepared her body because of what she has done.  Not everyone has had this ability to tap into this knowledge.  Some of you have done so with her or maybe on your own, or in different avenues.  But the fact remains that the body needs to repair.  What happens when the crash occurs the body can really break down. This is what we want to assist you with so there is no de-acceleration that everything is initialized as it should be and you stay on the course because any elements that are debilitating can through you off.  So the other aspect I want to share with you is “Awareness.”  It is very important to be aware within yourself what is occurring in each moment ~ to allow those frequencies that you are feeling or those thoughts or emotions to come to the surface.  I would like you to meditate on what you are feeling because the only way you are going to get through this is to bring in your Soul’s Essence, your Higher Self.  You cannot do it on the physical basis.  It is absolutely impossible to do so.  So when these elements occur, the frequencies are not going to be as strong as you would like them to be.  Again, I reiterate “Surrender”.  You need to surrender.  It is like being in a car accident.  The body is moving at a certain state in the vehicle and all of a sudden there is a crash.,  What happens?  The body reacts to that crash and sometimes it reacts in a very bad way but other times if you can surrender onto that frequency of light, and just say “Wow, I am moving into it,” then the body is not as affected and the damage is less.  My next words are to the men.

I say to each of you, this is a very powerful time of the Feminine Divine.  We have been moving into this phase for a long time.  I say to the gentlemen that are on the call that you have been working through these elements for some time and are prepared.  There are others that are not.  So I will address the frequencies to what I feel from both of you and what you are bringing forth into your lives.  CONGRATULATIONS!  Congratulations for the beauty, the love, the acceptance that you have within yourselves.  This is an important component for men to have upon this walk.  It is very important to bring forth your gifts and your intuitive knowledeges from all these lifetimes fully within you.  You are the electrical energy ~ you are bringing forth that force that the women of the world need to know that is there for them but it must be in those elements of the Feminine Divine.  I share these words to you as not to tell you what you need but I don’t think either of you NEED these elements but what you NEED TO SHARE with other men.  This is an imperative stage.  Need to come fully more into their feminine essence to allow them to relax and not be on that level of mental analyzation that can get in the way.  Congratulations and share this with others as I hope others will learn from your experiences.

Now to the Woman, I say to you, “Your challenges are greater than the men even though everyone says that the men need to bring in the Feminine Divine to relax a little bit.”  This is very true.  But the women ~ and I will speak to the women that have had to nurture themselves, nurture children, be on their own and independent ~ it is now time for you to receive.  Many women have a hard time in allowing that receiving energy to come fully within them.  This is an important aspect that fully needs to be created in order to have a balance between the men and the women of this world.  It does not matter if you are with a partner or without a partner.  You fully need to know when it is the right time to activate and when is the right time to initiate.  As the female aspect, initiation is important.  The male aspect is to activate.  The female holds the magnetics.  You are the healers of the earth.  Native Americans have spoken about this for eons of time that the women held the emotions to help everyone else heal and help Gaia heal.  To the ladies, do not be afraid of the tears.  Allow them to flow because as you allow the tears to flow, compassion comes towards others.  They will feel the compassion.  It is not looking at you and saying “she is crying, she is an emotional mess.”  No, we say onto you, that each of you, your emotions need to be released.  This is the essence of the Feminine Divine.  Men do not feel it like you do.  Women, you need to nurture this aspect of yourself and allow yourself to be in embraced with tears of gladness and tears of sadness.  As each of us cries in different ways, the Divine Mother sends you her nurturing love.  You are the ones that holds the magnetic frequency.  So what happens when the male and the female combine their energy within the work?  They are bringing all of this into balance.

If we take those elements and act upon it on within a personal nature of our male and female within, the electrical is the male and the magnetics is the female.  We must blend them into balance because when the male is too strong, there is power, control, and “I” issues.  If the female is to strong, she has a tendency to be a caretaker not allowing herself her own nurturing aspects.  If you look at these aspects within yourself to bring them into balance into the Heart Center, you can fully understand what you are going through.

Now let’s get back to 11:11:11 has created for you.  The aspects that you need to remove are the ones that are going to be affected adversely right now.  I say to you, again, let us look at these aspects.  Christine and Michael are being hit with physical ailments from their past because they are bringing in new gifts that they have locked away for eons of time.  So the physical aspects are being hit on the cellular level.  The cellular level is the last one ~ it is the deepness of your Soul’s participation and all your past lives and your inner-planetary travels.  So it is important that this aspect be healed very deeply.  Within that frequency there is an element of moving forth the magnetics and the electrical frequencies.  If you are feeling an intensity of light frequencies, it probably means you have too much electrical energy which is the key to knowing that you need to bring in more magnetics.

This is so representative of what has occurred with the 11:11:11.  If you are feeling elements within your Emotional body that represent fear and anxiety you fully need to activate the essence of your male energy more fully in the Emotional body to balance it out.  You are probably receiving so much divine feminine within you that it is causing those parts of yourself from past lives that has caused anxiety before to arise once again.  If you have trust issues, this is a partial element that comes from your mental level not wanting to be released.  So you need more magnetics within you.  If you are bringing forth the elements of frustration and not sure how to go about your essence, you are not surrendering.  Surrendering is the feminine aspect so you need to bring in the magnetics, once again.  This is where the balance needs to come in because wherever the issue is resulting, that is the one that needs it the most.  To allow yourself that faith and trust that you are walking into a new paradigm of existence.  You are walking into the 5th dimensional level.  There are no worries, frustrations, imbalances within the emotional and there is just each moment within each moment.  This is what we call the magic ofMt.Shasta.  We live in the moment and this is what we want to embody to each of you.  To allow yourself to understand that you’re pilot is your Higher Self, not the lower self, not the physical body and you need to surrender onto that element.  I hope this helps you to understand what you may be going through.

The most important aspect when you get through the Emotional and Mental levels, is clearing the Etheric level.  Your Etheric level holds the debris and all the thought forms.  Everything that you have ever done as a soul is within the Etheric level.  It has a tendency to focus into the physical.  So the last aspect that needs to be cleared is the cellular memory.  Please know that this is a journey.  It is a continual journey and right now the frequencies are assisting in allowing this journey to continue.  So deeply, let’s breathe as we bring forth the activation to assist in this process.

Breathing deeply feel the frequency of this room as the crystalline lights now flicker which will bring in the sparkles of crystals, Pink flame, Blue flame, Green, Yellow, Ruby Red, Indigo, Violet, and Gold as they all mix together to bring in the full focus of the frequencies necessary.

We are honored to be here with you in this moment to bring forth the assistance of these frequencies.  We want everyone to look in the room and look up the skylight which is now opening up.  We want you to see the sky.  We are going to bring forth a bluish sky that is darker as the sun closes and bring in the frequencies.  We want to share with you what is coming through in this moment.  We come to you from all star systems and all levels of the Earthplane of the history that has occurred with Egypt, Greece, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, and beyond and beyond of all those levels of lifetimes that you have experienced.  We come to you in this Group Consciousness and we ask you to fully be imbued upon you in this moment.

We first want to work within your Emotional body.  We totally want to remove all aspects that have been stuck between lifetimes within your frequencies, in your Emotional body so it is clear and blends with the rest of your body.  We now call upon anxiety; we ask for it to be fully removed through the frequencies of 000-144-000, we now ask all anxieties to be removed out of your Emotional body. We now ask for all frustrations, 000-144-000; all those frustrations will be removed.  We ask for the complete emotional balance to be within your Emotional body.  ~ 000-144-000 ~ feel these frequencies up through the 144th dimension as it travels to all those levels of frequencies from the 0 all the way up to the 144 and back down again.  We feel a clearing ~ now the Emotional Body is totally cleared.  So Mote It Be ~ It is Done.

We now move into the Mental level and ask the mental thoughts of anxieties and not understanding of what you are going through to allow yourself to be in the space in the moment while not worrying what the next moment brings you.  We, of the Unified Whole Command, say 000-144-000, we move dimension 0 all the way up to 144.  Feel those frequencies all being opened and now they are going to be closed up.  We ask for the frequencies to be clear and we ask for the essence to be moved through each of your bodies ~ 000-144-000.  We now see that the Mental Body is now blending with the Emotional Body.  Feel it as one whole body.

We now move into the Etheric Body.  We ask for all debris, all dross, all excess that is not of the light to be fully removed through the Unified Whole Command ~ 000-144-000 ~ 000-144-000.  Let this frequency ~ Let it be cleared ~ Let it be cleared.

Feel your Etheric Body now being cleared like it never has been before.  Feel the purity.  Ask we look above at the skylight we see that the sky has turned into the sun.  And feel that sun beaming down upon you.  Feel the crystalline light as we bring forth the frequencies of the Cosmos beyond and beyond this Universe as we allow all Universes to come into existence in this one moment.  We bring forth these frequencies of the Etheric, Emotional, and Mental as they blend into one large body of Light.  Feel that frequency coming down into you, Now, Now, Now.  Let’s feel the physical body.

What is the physical body feeling like right now?  Allow the physical body to surrender.  See fluids of light and water.  You are floating and moving.  You are floating within the frequency allowing it to be fully within your full body.  Let’s now go into the Core of the Physical Essence that You Are.  Allow the cellular level and the memories to be removed of all pain, all frustrations, all debris, and all areas of unacceptance.  Allow your body to surrender onto the process.  We ask the body to fully be limp.  Allow that Essence of the Cosmos of the 000-144-000 to be fully activated.  So now you feel the fluidness of One Body of Light.  Feel the Mental, the Emotional, the Etheric, and the Physical as one essence.  Feel that one essence and now feel the frequencies running through you.

Now, now we activate the element of BELIEVE.   There is nothing else but to BELIEVE in this moment.  To Believe in the next moment.  To Believe that you are the magician because you have the power within you with all the gifts that you have ever had in your Soul’s travels now being fully activated ~ 000-144-000 ~ Allow that frequency to be fully within you.

Now we bring forth TRUST.  Let us trust every walkway, every element that is happening.  Even when you think it is not going the way that you want it to you.  You have Trust in your Soul’s Essence.  Breathe deeply into your higher self.  Feel him/her fully within your body as the acceptance of your Divinity that You Are.  Now you bring in your I AM Presence.  Your I AM Presence, the Presence of God, the Presence that We Are All Together because we are here in the Wholeness and the Oneness That We Are.  000-144-000.

Now feel the frequencies racing within you.  Feel the essence fully coming within you.  Feel the power you are.  Feel the acceptance.  Now ~ Now ~ Now~ you are fully ready to embrace the Feminine Divine within you because it is part of your experience, it is part of your frequency, and you accept the Divine Masculine of the Divine Father God and Mother God and you feel the completeness coming within you.  Feel the essence of the completeness that We Are as we come to you from all star systems, all frequencies, of light.

Nov 2nd, 2011 ~ Journey To Telos ~ Part 2 ~ Remembering the Golden Cities for Rays 5 through 7

This is the second part of the summation of the Golden Cities for Rays 5 through 7 which include:  City of Shalahah over Montana, City of Valakaneah over Central Alaska, and City of Wahanee over Georgia.  This transmission also includes downloads of very powerful activations.  We hope that you will enjoy them all!

Greetings, greetings, this is Lord Adama speaking.  Welcome, welcome, welcome!

Let us gather together, as now we are going to move our Merkabah vehicle in one group and we’re going to move down into the Core of the Earth.  I am going to take you down, as we have previously, and we are going to go down where the ships come down in.  Let us spin downwards in a clockwise manner as we see ourselves landing where the ships all come in – we all separate.

As I give each of you a huge embrace for being here at this time, let us all gather together as we walk towards the elevator.  The elevator is going to take us down onto the fifth level, which will be down one level.  As we go down one level, the doorways open and we walk out onto the Commerce Center, and you will see we are going to be right in the midst of the city.  So as we walk through the city, you are going to be seeing many people.  Everyone is happy that you are coming at this time because we know that more activations are coming for each of you and being here in Telos is assisting with those activations.  As we move through the city, we see many are acknowledging us and coming with us.  As we walk beyond the city and through the forest, we walk into the other areas where the Temple is housed for this special viewing of the Golden Cities.  We see the steps of the Temple with large Golden doors and they open up for us and we are going to be guided by many Beings of Light, of Intergalactics of all levels of races and creeds, that’s what Telos is about.

As we walk to the doorway, as you may remember from last week, it is a circular building and within the circular building there is an outside hallway.  The outside hallway goes to all the levels of the cities, all cities are here, but we are only going to be showing you the last three of the seven, as you experienced the first four last week.  There is another major doorway that we are going to walk into the essence of the Temple.  In the essence of the Temple has rows of seats in many different levels and we are going to walk down to the bottom.  As we walk down to the bottom, you will find there are seats for each of you and each of us together.  In the middle is a huge altar, and the altar represents the Platinum Ray of God in the frequency of all that is, and you will see spectrums of light from all Rays coming into the Temple tonight.  Tonight may be a little bit different than we experienced last week as each time it changes as we go deeper.  Each of you are being prepared for the energies of 11:11:11, as each of us are preparing also.  So tonight is a special night to bring forth these frequencies and to be fully assisted in all levels of creation.

I stand here amongst the Ray Chohans, and you will see that we have all the Ray Chohans, and all the Elohim Masters, and all of the Archangels with us, but the guest speakers for this evening are going to be coming forward for the City of Valakaneah, for the City of Shalahah, and for the City of Wahanee.  So standing in back of me, the main speakers are going to be Master Hilarion with Cyclopeia & Virigina and Archangels Gabriel & Mother Mary, Lord Sananda with Peace & Aloha and Archangels Uriel & Aurora, and Saint Germain with Arcturus & Victoria and Archangels Zadkiel & Amethyst.

Behind them are the rest of the Ray Chohans, and Archangels, and Elohim Masters that represent the seven Rays of God.

Let’s just take a moment, and let’s look at the flame that is occurring within this temple, it is the flame of the three-fold flame of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God and the Wisdom.  So you’re going to see the colors of Pink, Blue, and Gold in the middle of the flame, and there is also a fountain that is encased within the flame and around the flame as it represents all the colors of the Rays of God.  Whatever colors that you are seeing, allow them to be intuited within you.  I am going to step aside as now Saint Germain will come forward and give the review.  Then we are going to have the viewing screen to come down, we’re going to view each of these cities, and then each of you are going to visit into each of the rooms of your choice.

Greetings, greetings, this is Saint Germain.  I speak now as a Mahachohan along with Allah Gobi to really thank you, this is a special ceremony tonight, and know that it is the last three cities of the first seven rays that we are going over, but there is so much more happening because you are being prepared in a multitude of levels of frequency for these elements that are going to be empowering.  The 11:11:11 is a culmination, it is an expression of a frequency that is occurring within and you are being activated in many different ways, it’s very, very important to keep utilizing your tools, tapping into your intuition and feeling the frequency, because as you are doing this, you are becoming more multidimensional in these elements of activation.  So put your intentions out there of what you wish to receive as you are going through these frequencies, as you are doing so there is a lot of things that are happening on many different levels; these areas of changes can be very, very difficult for many people.  So as we bring forth these elements tonight, I want you to think about what it is that you need to fully surrender onto.  This is very, very important, many of you are going through this.  Christine is going through massive amounts of surrender, and I applaud her because she has been on this pathway for almost three decades and I use her as an example to say, that if she is still clearing on the multitudes of levels that she is, please know that you are doing so also.  So it is a process as you continue into the Ascended Master pathway, you are bringing in this multidimensional frequencies of the area s of information that you fully attuned yourself to as a light being without the body, so you are bringing in those elements within your body so you are bringing in forth all that debris of all those lifetimes and the interactions that you may have had.  So this is exactly how deep this goes for each of you, it’s very, very powerful and within that powerful energy you are bringing in an Acceptance of Purity and Strength within you that has never been acquired previously.  So I say to you right now, I embrace you and I put out my hand to each of you for the pathway that you are on, and that you are assisting so much upon the earth for doing this work and it is a great wonderful experience.  So now I am going to step aside as we bring forth each of us as the Ray Chohans to over the cities and for you to look.  Christine is going to be giving you an overview of what you have experienced previously in the calls.  So thank you and blessings, and Namaste to each of you.

Let’s just take a deep breath, and as we take a deep breath for every one of us in this beautiful temple, as you are not the only ones, there are many of us gathered here in this frequency.  So as we gather together in this frequency, we start to bring forth the energies that are going to be happening.  So let us just see the viewing screen coming down from the top of the ceiling and it goes completely around the entire altar area.  So the altar is behind this screen and you’re going to be seeing the screen from the top to the bottom and be able to experience the aspects of each of the elements.  Let’s take a deep breath.  As the screen comes down…

Greetings, I am Master Hilarion at your service and I am here to represent the City of Valakaneah in Central Alaska.  It is an amazing time to bring forth this information to each of you, for you to feel your essences, and feel the expression that you are, and find your inner truth.  Valakaneah is this city of truth, as the screen changes now, you can see the energy of Valakaneah and everything is Crystalline light mixed with Green and Gold.  There are mountainous areas, there are areas that come down from the mountains that represent a valley.  Everything is a Deep Green, with Golden hues, and the deepest deepest mountainous horizon that you could experience.  What that reflects, is the mountains represent the intensity and the coming down into the inner core, representing your own intensity of your souls essence.  Take a deep breath and really put yourself into this frequency on the screen.  There are lakes and there are streams, this city represents Great Purity of the Truth, and it shows itself in its environment.

Towards the mountains it is colder, but as you come down more to the valley it is more tepid weather.  It is more climate energy, so there is a mixture, it is not an extreme cold like many parts of Alaska.  As we walk further now, more towards the inner valley, we see the community that is an interactive city.  So we move further into the city, we see a nice little town, it’s not really a town, but that is how you would perceive it.  There are people walking, markets, it’s represents all aspects of Alaskan prosperity, it also represents great movement of Trust within each of us.  There is a fountain in the middle and there are cobblestone streets that are encased with Golden Light, and as we walk on it we see the cobblestones are actually Clear Quartz Crystal and within each crystal; they are shaped in rectangular fashion as cobblestones would be, but they are encased with a Golden and the Green Flames.  In the middle of the city is a fountain, it is actually an altar, and it reflects the  White light with the Emerald Green and the Golden hues.

Now, as we walk through the forest, we see it is Crystalline Light, all the trees are the Pure Essence of White Light filtering.  We see many Elementals, and Angels, and all kinds of beautiful essences around us.  There is a large structure that is a Temple, we call it the Temple of Revelations and it is outlined in Gold and Green, and it flourishes with the White Light as it filters, it’s a round temple and then there are points that filters with White Light into the heavens, and then the Temple itself is emanating the Gold and the Green.  It’s a very large building, you cannot even see the circumference of it, it’s so huge, you see a large doorway, it’s a double doorway, and there is a circular hallway and it goes around the structure.  On the outside of this structure are crystalline mirrors.  To the right is the Temple of Inner Truth.  You will see that the Temple structure is very multi-faceted structure; it’s a circular structure, and on the outside there will be cathedral-like points that go upwards, and those top of the cathedral-like points move outward towards a star formation.  We walk inside the entrance and there are 12 of these Crystalline structures on top of the outside, and then we walk across a drawbridge that filters the Crystalline Light.  This is exactly what we experience during our visitations of the city, I ask of you to fully embellish Cyclopeia and Virigina, and Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary in the City of Truth.  They will assist you in the elements of the power of concentration and bring you forth the Divine Plan for Earth and  bringing in Harmony within you.

As you remember, this is also the city of Spheres, where there is great music created here, so I want you to feel that frequency within as you bring in the essences of the White light with the Green and the Gold.  I just want to impart to each of you that this city will help you to bring that Truth within you, but also to share that truth with others.  Some of us do not really know what our truth is, and that truth is to fully bring forth those frequencies within our life force, because as you are tuning yourself to these multidimensional levels, you are to access your higher mind on a much easier level.  This city is so representative of those frequencies because of the scientific knowledge and the truth, many have a hard time in their physical bodies understanding what this ray is about.  I ask of you to fully be in your higher power with your Higher Self in these moments to tap into those frequencies if this is one of the cities that you want to visit in the rooms that we have set up.  So remember these elements as your feeling the frequency in the city of Truth.  It is my Divine Pleasure to be here with you as Master Hilarion.

Greetings, greetings, greetings.  I am Lord Sananda at your service.  It is a wonderful experience to be here with you tonight, and we are going to be over the City of  Shalahah which is quite a city of Devotion and Experience that we fully want to bring into all aspects of your Creation.

It is my divine pleasure to be here with each of you in this moment.  Remember that the City of Shalahah is Inner Healing and Wisdom, so let’s think about that, what kind of healing that you may need.   Now as we see the City of Shalahah, remember that it is very, very expansive, it’s about 200 miles from top to bottom and expands beyond in the circumference  of the diameter of the city.   Everything is glistening, very much like Shamballa.  We walked around and we saw the expansive mountains, the lakes in between, and we look beyond the horizon, we see the expansiveness of this beautiful city.  It has an aura of the Ruby Red Ray mixed with the Pink-Orange so you see that in everything, in all of the elements of the entire city.  It  has been under construction for quite a long period of time.  We are almost in the completion stages.  There are many different types of land masses here.  We have mountains, hills, streams lakes, and they run into each other which is clear mountain water.  It is very pristine and beautiful.

If you can recall, we traveled on a little tram, and it was a circular type of vehicle which lifts off the ground and it didn’t have any tracks.  We have villages on the outside, small little villages that are different soul families living in the areas.  Some may want to reside more in the countryside and others may be more in the city life.  There are a lot of crystalline structures; the buildings are very inter-galactic looking, pointed structures.  It is a city of geometric patterns, so the structure of our buildings is all quite different depending on the various areas. The villages are representative of the different parts of the ray aspects.  There is a commonality between the communities for meeting for council and community meetings on a weekly basis.

We have many beings working and some beings are living here presently from other higher frequencies to assist in the balancing and bringing forth the communities together.  Just feel that essence of what it was when we went into the city, and when we went into the temple, and what it felt like for each of you to bring forth the city of Peace.  This is truly the city of Peace and brings forth these energies fully within our Beingness.  It is a place to heal, there was great healing that happened when we went there and I want you to imbue and visualize all of these colors of the Pink-Orange and the Ruby Red as we feel the expansiveness occurring, that occurred within this city and within each of you.  I want you to feel what that was like for you, feel that frequency within you.  It is a city where all races and creeds come and to feel this frequency of Devotion, because first of all we must have Devotion for ourselves before we can have Devotion for others.  Feel that frequency coming to you now.  I, as Lord Sananda, want to truly thank you for being so much a part of these visitations to these cities, and not just to Shalahah but to all of the cities because it is really is giving you an overview on a physical level of what you really need to intuit within your body, your mind, and your spirit.   With love and peace and expression, I am Lord Sananda sending you the light of my light within your essence and feeling that frequency fully within you.

Greetings, it is Saint Germain once again.  Thank  you so much, this time I am here to assist you with the energies of Wahanee.  I know we went to Wahanee several months ago, and some of you may not fully remember what Wahanee represents but it is the city where we bring in humanity in quite a different manner than we ever thought possible.   It’s for Freedom and Justice, but first of all as we discussed that week of going to this city, it is very important to have this freedom and justice for ourselves.  This is also a city that is very, very good for bringing in the frequencies of finding your Missing Puzzle Piece.

So you’re going to be seeing the purple light and the violet flame everywhere within this city.  As we change the screen, let’s take a deep breath and let’s feel what it was like to be in the City of Wahanee.  The circumference of the city is a 500 miles radius, there are mountains: they are purplish with a hue of vibrancy.  We see ourselves in a valley with the mountain range all around us, and we walk around and see the expression of Wahanee, of what the planetary life of the plants, the flowers.  It is rich in Deepness of Purity, it is Expressive of the Environment, and the Soil being rich and moist and balanced.  I you can remember or recall, we touched our hands into the ground, and we felt the Essence of what the Soil feels like to you.  The deepness of the Essence of what Terra Christa will be like.  The essence of the city is going to be more of a countryside outlying the city.  The valley is where the actual city is being constructed, and within that we are housing many different types of structures of buildings.  Within the mountain range is where were going to be of the residential setting of individuals, of housing, of families.  So as we are walking down into the valley, and we are centering upon this city, there are many different types of buildings.

Everything is crystallized with Amethyst Crystals and the Frequency of the Purple and the Violet Rays.  As we walk in a circular fashion, moving downwards into the deepness of the city, there is a structure that is finished that I want you to see.  In the middle here, is our Hall where we fully introduce each other.  Within this area, it is a huge amphitheatre, with several rooms on the outside of it.  Look at the structure of the building, see the Crystalline Formations, and the Energetics of the Structure highly technical Frequencies.  These Highly Technical Frequencies allow one coming into the structure.  You will notice that the structure is glass, brass holding the glass together, and it comes in points of geometric patterns and the patterns point upwards into the sky.  It is very tall, so tall that you can not know the height, because it goes into the Heavens above, this helps to formulate the Frequencies of Light coming into the entire building.  It is a circular geometric building, and around the base of the building are six steps that go completely around the building, so you can enter the building at any of the directions.  As we walked into the entrance way, and as we walk into the building there is a Frequency of the Violet Ray, very strong, it is emanating through Light Formations.  As this city embodies the Frequency of the Violet Ray, through Energetics, through the Air, through the Sun, all is part of the Elements of the Violet Ray.  There are gardens, many, many gardens with trees, flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and all kinds of elementals.

This is the Garden of the ArchAngels and the Elohim.  When we walked around, you may even see some animals.  Allow yourself to infiltrate within you, all the Beings, all the Frequencies of the Faerie Realm, the Angelic Realm and the Higher Level.  As we walked through the Garden, there are streams, and bridges, and a forest, there are trees, and in the distance you see a waterfall, it’s blending with the Purple Ray, the Violet Purple Ray.  It is reflected in all the plants, it’s reflected in the trees, in the flowers, in the Essence of the Ray of the Light and the Frequency of the Purple Ray and the water.  This city represents this essence of all humanity, this is the city where you can come and feel the essences coming into Freedom here.  We want everyone to feel Freedom here, we want everyone to be the same, we want everyone to feel the essences of the elementals and all of the beings and the light formations to be activated.  This is the city where you fully want to bring your vibratory energy to be raised, if you are having a difficult time and you need to feel that Freedom within you, so that you can feel the Justice of what is happening, this is a very important place to be.  It is about Service and Harmony with God.  It is about the Power to Create and cooperate with High Mental Powers, but within that we also share Grace and Dignity and Tact and Diplomacy.  This is where Great Leaders are going to be born, this is the city that you need to come to if you are trying to understand what it is you are supposed to be doing because we will assist you in the frequency to bring in your I AM presence, to bring in those elements of change within you so that you can fully activated the being of your essence in the full period of activations that are happening for you.

So take a deep breath, take a Deep Breath and feel the Purple Hues that are emanating from the screen and feel them all coming to you in this moment.  I ask you also to connect with Arcturus and Victoria, the Elohim Masters and the Archangels Zadkiel and Amethyst because they will represent the ability to move any karma that associated with your pathway or any relationships that are coming into your life that you really need to remove because it is very, very important that you do all of these things to feel the freedom that you are.

I AM Saint Germain at your service, it is a pleasure to be here, and as we all stand here together with the Archangels and the Elohim,  let us just feel the frequency of the Oneness that is in this space.  We are now going to step aside as there is a special messenger that is going to come through.

Greetings, greetings, greetings, this is Lord Maitreya.  Thank you so much for being here with us tonight.  This is not just about learning about the cities and what you need to be involved in, there are activations occurring for you as each of you are going to experience where you want to be.  These rooms as we have said previously, represented the initial architecture so we have been working on these cities for quite some time, actually for eons of time before they could be erected in the Etheric level.  We need each of you in different aspects, we may need you to assist in any creativity pursuits that you have, assisting others in understanding about these cities to bring forth the frequency.  We are bringing forth this information through Dearest One here to assist each of you to come to the cities in your meditative state and to those higher realms, but eventually, pretty soon, you are going to be able to travel to these cities, but you are going to have to incorporate your 5th dimensional body.  There is great assistance that is happening at this time because of the frequencies of the earth and what is happening with 11.11.11 is going beyond your comprehension.  So allow yourself to surrender onto the experience, allow yourself to accept what is happening to you because the timelines of the dimensional frequencies are definitely changing.  Within these changes, the elements that are occurring for you that were there before are going to be quite different than they were before.

As we raise the viewing screen now, we look fully at that altar, and this altar represents the Cosmic Energies of God, the Divine Mother and Divine Father God, and also, the Cosmic Energy of Creation of All That Is.  So allow yourself to come up to the altar now, and there is a special candle for you to light onto the altar, so it will be burning here for you always.  Feel the frequencies of the Rays through the altar, feel the essences that are occurring on all the different levels of the colors, of what we have explained.  Then there is the Pearlescent and the Blue Green, the beauty of all the Rays coming forward, and the Violet Gold, the Blue Gold, the Silvers, Pink Gold, Violet White, Golden Yellow as they all blend together, and we see the Platinum being the top flame of the temple.  So take a moment and put your intentions when you light the candle and we will run the bowl as you are doing that.

It is now time, you will see on the circular motion of the altar, there were the rooms 1 through 4.  Your going to turn to your right, and your going to go past those rooms to the doorways that are Cities 5, 6, and 7.  City Number 5 represents the city of Valakaneah, the City of Truth, and you will see a Crystalline White Light mixed with Green and Gold.  City 6 represents the City of Shalahah, it is the city of Healing and Wisdom, and it is the Ruby Red.  City 7 represents the City of Wahanee, the city of Justice and Humanity, and that will be the Deep Purple.  So walk around the altar and go into the room that you would like to express through you, around you, and if you just want to be there for a couple of minutes, and if you want to go into another room to visit the other cities, please do so.

It is now time to come back from the area that you are in returning to the altar area.  Take a deep breath.  I now want you to connect specifically with the Ray Chohan, and the Archangels, and the Elohim Masters who are associated with the city that you went to visit.  For Valakaneah, Master Hilarion, Cyclopeia and Virginia are the Elohim, and the Archangels are Mother Mary and Raphael.  For Shalahah, is Lord Sananda, Elohim Master Peace and Aloha, and the Archangels are Uriel and Aurora.  For Wahanee, Saint Germain, Elohim Masters Arcturus and Victoria, and the Archangels are Zadkiel and Amethyst.

I Am Lord Maitreya.  I want each of you now to embrace, and they have a gift for you.  It may be a gift of Purity or an aspect of that city, it may be an actual crystalline structure from that city, or a rock, or maybe a flower, or maybe something that you need to purchase for yourself to look at to have remembrance of the city that you have visited as it is important part of your Acceptance and Purity of your light.  Take a moment and just embrace these beings that are working with you more fully and then return to your seat, and we will finish off the energies.

It is an honor to be with each of you this evening as I represent the Office of The Christ and the frequencies of the Light of the Christ Consciousness and the Overlighting Energies of all the beings that are in here this evening are represented by all races and all creeds of the Cosmic Levels; Intergalactic Beings, Inner Earth Beings, Upper Earth Beings, Interplanetary Beings; so allow yourself to know that you have come into a circle of continuance that is beyond the frequency than you ever thought you could experience.  We are being overlighted by the frequencies of Oneness, and these frequencies of Oneness are being activated through you in this moment.  Christine has just taken on a role of being on a Council of the Unified Whole Oneness, and they are expressing to you right now to bring forth these frequencies to assist you in the process of your divinity upon this earth because each of you are lightworkers onto the expansion that you are.  Know that this a gift being given to you through your frequency, this frequency is going to assist you in preparation for the last stages of the 11.11.11 to come into the full ability of your light, to come into the full ability of your acceptance, and to come into the full ability of all that you are.

We say onto you in this moment, it is our pleasure to be with the Unified Whole of Oneness because this is a conglomeration of all Intergalactics, all frequencies of Light, of all aspects of Divinity upon the Earth, from the Greeks to the Egyptians, to the Christians, to the Hindus, and to all aspects of your lifetimes to come into Balance in this very moment.  We ask for this Balance to occur for each of you, as there will be a frequency of Light that comes into the aspect of your Body, your Mind, and your Spirit, allow yourself to accept it, allow this frequency of Light to be yours because it is our gift to you in this moment.  I, as Lord Maitreya, want to say, I am honored that each of you are walking this path at this time and you are fully allowing these frequencies to be within you.

So Mote It Be, in the Light of the Christ.

I am one with each of you.  This is Lord Adama, this is quite a blessing to have each of you in these moments to accept this frequency of Light.  Let us all stand together, as we stand together we are hand-in-hand, arm-in-arm, with all the Ray Chohans, with the Elohim, with the Archangels, with the Masters, with the frequencies, with all the participants that are in this Temple in this moment, as we are fully representing the New Earth Hierarchy.  Thank you for being with us.  As we all take a deep breath, we feel the frequencies of the Platinum Ray of the Ceremonial Altar come fully into each of our beings.  We accept that frequency on a physical level.

So Mote it Be, we are ONE always.  Let us all now part, and we will move out of the Temple into the outside hallway, down through the double doors, as we leave we see children and all kinds of Telosians greeting us on with Great Love and Acceptance, hearing the Angels singing and the frequencies of Light being all around us.  As we walk through the forest, we see all the elements and the angels and all those frequencies, and then we come into the commerce center as we come to the city.  We walk down the cobblestone streets and so many people waving us on, as now we walk through the area that is where the elevator will take us to the next level.  Let’s take a deep breath and we move up in the elevator and we arrive at the commanding ship level and we take a deep breath.  We gather together as we go through the frequencies of light to the top of the mountain, moving all the way up, outside of the mountain, way beyond a mile, up to the summit.

As we gather here together, I say to you as I stand in the middle of you, it is an honor to have you on the New Earth Hierarchy, and it is an honor to have you working through these elements so deeply as you have.  It is my Divine Pleasure to be here as your guide, but also to be as your friend as our hearts are intertwined with one another.

I Am Lord Adama at your service, now take a deep breath and just allow your Merkabah to bring you back to the location where your physical body is located.  Know this is an event that was very, very powerful for each of you, and I walk with you within my Heart and within my Spirit and sometimes within my body.

I Am One With Each Of You, So Mote It Be.  Allow these frequencies to always be activated within each of us.
